【摘要】:为研究红外加热下冰层融化特性和除冰能效,搭建了红外线加热除冰实验台,采用实验的方法,研究融化过程中冰层内部温度变化,计算融冰速率及除冰能效。实验结果表明:利用红外线加热除冰,辐射能量被冰层表面接收后会以热传导的方式由表面向内部传递;融冰水蓄存会降低融冰速率,冰层厚度5.8±0.2 cm条件下除冰时间增加73%;红外加热管温度对除冰能效影响显著,低温加热器比高、中温加热器更节能,其平均能效比后者分别高21%和35%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the melting characteristics and deicing efficiency of ice layer under infrared heating, an experimental platform for deicing by infrared heating was set up, and the internal temperature change of ice layer during melting process was studied by the method of experiment. The experimental results show that the radiation energy is transferred from the surface to the interior by heat conduction when the radiation energy is received by the ice surface. Thawing water storage decreased the melting rate, and the deicing time increased by 73 when the ice thickness was 5.8 卤0.2 cm. The temperature of infrared heating tube has a significant effect on deicing efficiency. The ratio of low temperature heater to medium temperature heater is higher than that of medium temperature heater, and its average energy efficiency is 21% and 35% higher than that of the latter, respectively.
