【摘要】:微波滤波器的综合是指确定滤波器的拓扑结构和相关元件的理想参数,给出滤波原理电路的过程。先进的综合理论不仅为后续电路加工、组装、测试提供准确的理论指导,而且为不断增长的性能指标提供创造性的解决方案,因此是滤波器设计的基础。随着现代通信系统的急速发展,滤波器在结构特性和性能特性上面临新的需求和挑战。本文针对三类现代滤波器综合面临的挑战展开讨论,包括:以滤波响应为基础的多功能、一体化无源器件综合技术,实现滤波器传输零点灵活生成与控制的先进综合技术,高频率选择特性的直线型拓扑滤波器综合技术,并分别给出先进的直接综合理论。具体地,本文的主要工作和创新点如下:首次提出一套广义滤波综合理论,定义一种广义滤波网络以实现传统滤波器、匹配网络、理想移相器的一体化设计。从广义滤波网络的S参数出发推导新的二端口导纳参数要求,通过合理地引入非谐振节点,提出一种新型的横向阵列。按照全新的耦合系数定义,最终得到全新的耦合矩阵。由于滤波、匹配和移相功能可以通过单一的耦合矩阵进行描述,本研究对减小射频前端的尺寸,降低射频前端设计复杂度和插入损耗有显著的作用。在广义滤波网络的研究基础上,首次提出混合型拓扑滤波器的耦合矩阵综合理论。本文研究表明,滤波器横向阵列网络可在特定S参数相移情况下自动生成提取极点枝节。提出一套新颖的导纳参数和拓扑结构重构方案,分别给出包含单一或多个提取极点枝节情况下,混合型拓扑滤波器的耦合矩阵直接综合方法。根据本文方法,混合型拓扑滤波器的所有相关耦合系数可以一次性全部求解得到,相比传统的元素提取方法可明显提高综合效率,并有效降低舍入误差;这说明本文方法是实现传输零点灵活生成与控制的最佳综合方案。首次将频率相关耦合引入直线型拓扑看滤波器的综合中,提出一套包含频率相关耦合的新型直线型拓扑滤波器综合理论。根据频率变量的缩放法则,介绍从横向阵列模型(仅包含常数耦合)通过矩阵变换得到新型直线型拓扑(包含频率相关耦合)的方法。根据本文方法,首次实现了高频率选择性直线型拓扑滤波器的综合,有效减少了生成传输零点所需的电路单元和耦合数量。
[Abstract]:The synthesis of microwave filter is to determine the topology of filter and the ideal parameters of relevant components, and to give the process of filter principle circuit. The advanced synthesis theory is not only for the subsequent circuit processing and assembly. Testing provides accurate theoretical guidance and provides creative solutions for growing performance indicators, so it is the basis of filter design. With the rapid development of modern communication systems. Filters face new requirements and challenges in terms of their structural and performance characteristics. This paper discusses the challenges faced by three types of modern filter synthesis, including: multifunction based on filter response. Integrated passive device synthesis technology, the realization of filter transmission 00:00 flexible generation and control of advanced synthesis technology, high frequency selection characteristics of linear topology filter synthesis technology. The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows: a set of generalized filter synthesis theory is proposed for the first time, and a generalized filter network is defined to realize the traditional filter. Matching network, integrated design of ideal phase shifter. According to the S-parameter of generalized filter network, the new two-port admittance parameter requirement is deduced, and the non-resonant node is introduced reasonably. A new type of transverse array is proposed. According to the new definition of coupling coefficient, a new coupling matrix is obtained. Because of filtering, the functions of matching and phase shifting can be described by a single coupling matrix. This study can reduce the size of RF front-end, reduce the design complexity and insertion loss of RF front-end. The coupling matrix synthesis theory of hybrid topological filter is proposed for the first time. The filter transversal array network can automatically generate and extract poles in the case of specific S-parameter phase shift. A novel reconstruction scheme of admittance parameters and topological structure is proposed. The direct synthesis method of coupling matrix for hybrid topological filter with single or multiple extracted poles is given respectively according to the method presented in this paper. All the correlation coupling coefficients of the hybrid topology filter can be solved all at one time. Compared with the traditional element extraction method, the integrated efficiency can be significantly improved and the rounding error can be effectively reduced. This shows that this method is the best synthesis scheme to realize the 00:00 flexible generation and control of transmission, and the frequency correlation coupling is introduced into the synthesis of linear topological filter for the first time. A new synthesis theory of linear topological filter including frequency correlation coupling is proposed, according to the scaling rule of frequency variable. This paper introduces the method of obtaining a new linear topology (including frequency dependent coupling) by matrix transformation from the transverse array model (which contains only constant coupling). The synthesis of high frequency selective linear topology filter is realized for the first time, which effectively reduces the number of circuit units and coupling needed to generate 00:00 transmission.
