【摘要】:随着无线通信技术的飞速发展,移动通信系统也快速地更新换代。而传统的移动通信设备主要依赖于固定的硬件电路,导致移动通信系统的兼容性很差并且无法平滑升级。软件无线电技术以硬件为基础、软件为核心的思想可以很好地解决通信系统的平滑升级和兼容性问题。而数字中频技术是软件无线电技术的核心技术,也是“瓶颈”问题的关键所在。基于此,本文对数字中频算法进行研究,设计可以兼容多种通信模式的多模中频融合方案,并对多模中频系统进行FPGA实现。首先,设计了多模中频融合方案。在带通采样定理、多速率信号处理和数字信号正交变换等数字中频理论的基础上,对单模数字中频的结构进行了深入研究,采用了复用技术和灵活的配置技术设计了多模中频融合的方案,通过与并行多模中频方案对比,该方案不仅可以很好地兼容多种通信系统,而且还可以节约大量硬件资源。其次,进行了多模中频算法的设计与仿真验证。对多模中频的核心模块数字混频器与抗混叠滤波器进行了深入的研究和优化,根据多模中频融合方案和5种通信系统的信号特性,设计了多模中频的系统参数与MATLAB仿真算法,并完成了算法仿真与验证,仿真结果验证了多模中频算法的有效性。然后,以软件无线电平台为依托,进行了多模中频系统的设计与FPGA实现。对多模中频的核心模块设计进行了改进:数字混频器的设计采用了改进的流水线型CORDIC电路;高阶FIR滤波器的设计采用了改进的DA算法代替乘累加式实现方法;CIC滤波器与HBF滤波器的设计增加了串行双通道和参数配置的功能。针对平台的射频配置,本方案采用了ROM查找表和状态机相结合的方法设计了多模射频配置系统,并详细介绍了射频芯片配置接口和外围接口EMIF、McBSP、网口的设计与测试。最后,搭建软件无线电硬件测试平台,对多模中频系统的接收通路和发送通路进行了系统级测试,测试结果验证了多模中频、多模射频配置和外围接口等设计与FPGA实现的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, mobile communication systems are also rapidly updated, while the traditional mobile communication devices mainly rely on fixed hardware circuits. This results in poor compatibility and inability to smooth upgrade of mobile communication systems. Software radio technology is based on hardware. The idea of software as the core can solve the problem of smooth upgrading and compatibility of communication system, and digital if technology is the core technology of software radio technology and the key of "bottleneck" problem. In this paper, the digital if algorithm is studied, and a multi-mode if fusion scheme is designed, which can be compatible with many communication modes, and the multi-mode if system is implemented by FPGA. Based on the theory of band-pass sampling, multi-rate signal processing and orthogonal transform of digital signal, the structure of single-mode digital if is deeply studied. The multi-mode if fusion scheme is designed by using multiplexing technology and flexible configuration technology. Compared with the parallel multi-mode if scheme, the scheme can not only be compatible with many communication systems. And can save a lot of hardware resources. Secondly, the design and simulation of the multi-mode if algorithm are carried out. The core module of the multi-mode if digital mixer and anti-aliasing filter are studied and optimized. According to the multi-mode intermediate frequency fusion scheme and the signal characteristics of five communication systems, the system parameters and MATLAB simulation algorithm of multi-mode intermediate frequency are designed, and the algorithm simulation and verification are completed. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the multi-mode if algorithm. Then, based on the software radio platform. The design of the multi-mode if system and the implementation of FPGA are carried out. The core module design of the multi-mode if is improved: the digital mixer is designed with the improved pipeline CORDIC circuit; In the design of high order FIR filter, the improved DA algorithm is used instead of the multiplicative and accumulative realization method. The design of CIC filter and HBF filter increases the function of serial dual channel and parameter configuration. The multi-mode RF configuration system is designed by combining ROM lookup table and state machine. The configuration interface of RF chip and the peripheral interface EMIF McBSP are introduced in detail. Finally, the software radio hardware test platform is built to test the receiving and transmitting paths of the multi-mode if system. The test results verify the multi-mode if. Multimode RF configuration and peripheral interface design and the correctness of FPGA implementation.
