基于IGBT的除颤能量发生器控制系统设计

【摘要】:针对除颤分析仪的校准问题,研制除颤能量发生器,为社会大众安全提供计量技术支撑。研究基于IGBT的常规单相指数波的除颤能量发生器控制电路,提出了基于IGBT的除颤能量控制电路系统,构建了整个系统的总体框架;设计系统硬件电路,包括线性稳压电源设计、自举方法的栅极驱动设计、Multisim电路仿真;通过STM32输出一定占空比的PWM信号,控制IGBT导通与中断;结果表明,电路控制系统正常工作,稳定可靠,输出单相衰减指数波,放电时间数据准确。最后对设计的IGBT控制系统进行重复性实验,验证系统释放单相波能量的精度,达到了校准分析仪的要求。为进一步准确研究除颤能量发生器全桥逆变电路和设计高精度的脉冲分流分压器进行能量数据采集提供基础。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the calibration of defibrillation analyzer, a defibrillation energy generator is developed, which provides the technical support for the safety of the public. The control circuit of defibrillation energy generator based on conventional single-phase exponential wave based on IGBT is studied. The defibrillation energy control circuit system based on IGBT is proposed, and the overall frame of the whole system is constructed. The hardware circuit of the system is designed, including the design of linear stabilized power supply, the gate drive design of bootstrap method and the simulation of Multisim circuit. The PWM signal with certain duty cycle is output by STM32 to control the IGBT turn-on and interrupt. The results show that the circuit control system works normally, stable and reliable, the output single-phase attenuation exponent wave and discharge time data are accurate. Finally, the repetitive experiment of the designed IGBT control system is carried out. Verify the accuracy of the system to release single-phase wave energy. It meets the requirements of calibration analyzer and provides the basis for further research on the full-bridge inverter circuit of defibrillation energy generator and the design of high-precision pulse shunt divider for energy data acquisition.
