催化剂输送管道故障红外在线监测分析方法研究

【摘要】:伴随着深化经济体制改革进程所带来的国富民强,炼化厂在我国如雨后春笋般遍地盛开。因此催化管路在生产过程中担任的角色更重,分量更足。而由于催化剂颗粒状的状态和高温高速输送的特点,催化剂管道的监测变得尤为重要。而寻求简便快捷操作易行的检测方法就变成了重中之重,对于生产安全有着不可磨灭的功劳。 本文引入了红外图像监测的思路,介绍了国内外发展现状和基本技术指标。随后本文介绍了课题的特殊性,,根据实际情况确定了所用红外热像仪,了解了该热像仪的技术规格,对热像仪的监测特点,精确测温技术,DDE成像细节处理等关键技术做了详细介绍。接下来本文对于图像处理算法进行了学习研究,从傅式变换与离散余弦变换开始了解图像处理的基本知识,掌握基本图像处理技巧。本文对于灰度直方图进行了大致介绍,对图像平滑化处理中的各种方法进行了详细介绍,重点研究了同态滤波处理方法。接下来本文又深入了解了图像尖锐化处理方法,对微分算子处理方法进行细致介绍,对Canny算子算法做了重点研究。本文对图像分割技术也做了详细介绍,对不同的阈值分割方法的处理效果和相应特点进行了对比。 在完成论文的过程当中,在现场完成了红外监测系统的搭建和图像采集。对于采集图像进行了筛选,对不同处理算法通过软件编程进行实现。确定了以灰度变换为基础,同态滤波、微分算子边缘检测与图像分割相结合的处理方案。处理效果较为良好,对于肉眼不可见的管路内部受损位置的判断较为准确,具有很强的实际应用意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the economic system reform process brought about by the prosperity of the country, refining plants in our country like bamboo shoots everywhere, so catalytic pipeline in the production process plays a more important role. Because of the granular state of catalyst and the characteristics of high temperature and high speed transportation, the monitoring of catalyst pipeline becomes particularly important. There is indelible credit for production safety. This paper introduces the idea of infrared image monitoring, introduces the domestic and foreign development status and basic technical indicators. Then, this paper introduces the particularity of the subject, and determines the infrared thermal imager according to the actual situation. Understand the technical specifications of the thermal imager, the monitoring characteristics of the thermal imager, accurate temperature measurement technology. DDE imaging detail processing and other key technologies are introduced in detail. Secondly, the image processing algorithm is studied in this paper, starting from the Fourier transform and discrete cosine transform to understand the basic knowledge of image processing. Master the basic image processing skills. This paper gives a general introduction to the gray histogram, and describes the various methods of image smoothing in detail. The homomorphic filter processing method is mainly studied. Then, the image sharpening method is deeply understood in this paper, and the differential operator processing method is introduced in detail. This paper also introduces the image segmentation technology in detail, and compares the processing effect and the corresponding characteristics of different threshold segmentation methods. In the process of completing the thesis, the infrared monitoring system and image acquisition are completed in the field. Different processing algorithms are implemented by software programming. The processing scheme based on gray level transformation, homomorphic filtering, differential operator edge detection and image segmentation is determined. The processing effect is good. The judgment of the damaged position in the invisible pipeline is more accurate and has a strong practical significance.
