【摘要】：该课题是根据自己在外面工作的实际项目来选题并做的设计,题目严谨且符合现公司既得利益,为公司以后的消费电子产品的改良设计提供很好的理论依据及相应的设计思路。目前深圳或者沿海的大多数制造业公司在经济下行的态势下很难抽出雄厚的资金投入到新产品的研发之中,而产品的改良设计是不需要很大量的资金投入并且能取得相当不错的经济效益,故相当一部分企业都选择在企业原有的产品上进行改良设计。在改良设计这一领域前面的学者已经有较为普遍的理论研究,但是随着社会的发展,新技术新材料的应用原有的改良设计方法以及一系列的理论支持已经很难满足当下产品的改良设计的需求。须迫在通过探究新形势下产品改良设计,在当前的新技术支撑下如何有效性的进行结构改良设计、外观改良设计、表面处理的改良设计等一系列的改良问题。通过分析过去的优秀的设计和失败的案例探索一些的新理论基础。其中改良设计的提出更明确是对产品的改良也就再设计,最终目的是有一个有效的解决方案,为企业提供相应的改良设计意见,并且收集到自己的理论依据之中,方便日后自己在设计中的应用。创新型设计所带来空前的经济风险是一般中小企业所很难承受的,比较前卫的创新设计也只是大企业所能做的事情,对于中小企业还是在常规阶段对产品进行改良设计,达到物尽其用,来适应中小企在产品开发中所存在的风险。为中小企业创造产品价值,节约产品设计成本,让企业做大做强,最终向创新型设计靠拢。该课题的目的是如何系统地、有根据地认识、点评、改良设计,使其符合市场。这些问题是我们当代工业设计师值得深思的问题。
