二维振镜激光扫描演示系统的设计和研究

【摘要】:二维动态激光扫描系统以其高速、高效等特点已广泛应用于激光加工、图形传输、医用CT仪器和激光表演等多个场合。目前市场上振镜扫描设备多用于工业生产,其价格高昂,不适于应用在实践教学中。 基于此,设计了一款投入小、专用于教学的二维振镜激光扫描演示系统。硬件上采用STM32单片机作为下位机控制器以实现步进电机的偏转和激光的亮灭,从而对二维激光的扫描轨迹进行解码。另外通过上位机界面输入扫描轨迹图形。然后采用图像记录仪(由TMS320DM642、CCD摄像头和液晶显示器组成)记录扫描的图形轨迹。软件上,系统建立了二维动态激光扫描的数学模型,并对X-Y双振镜扫描控制算法和扫描原理性误差的关键技术性问题作了详细的分析,采用软件补偿的方法解决了扫描引起的图形失真。同时,系统采用高效的图像处理算法,实时记录激光扫描的轨迹。 最后对系统软件和硬件进行了联合测试实验,结果表明: (1)系统轨迹扫描及显示结果准确,特别是每次开始图形扫描前进行校准,则具有更高的精度。 (2)无论上位机中输入何种图形,图像记录仪均能再现上位机软件界面上输入的图形轨迹,测试结果达到了较好的预期效果,满足了设计要求。 (3)系统具有高精度、低成本、稳定性和扩展性好等特点,可满足国内市场上对振镜式激光扫描演示仪器的需求,具有较好的市场前景。
[Abstract]:Two-dimensional dynamic laser scanning system has been widely used in laser processing and graphic transmission because of its high speed and high efficiency. At present, the vibrating mirror scanning equipment in the market is mostly used in industrial production, which is not suitable for practical teaching because of its high price. Based on this, a small investment is designed. The STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the lower computer controller to realize the deflection of the stepping motor and the laser beam extinction. Thus the scanning trajectory of two-dimensional laser is decoded. In addition, the scanning trajectory graph is input through the upper computer interface. Then the image recorder is used (by TMS320DM642). The CCD camera and liquid crystal display (LCD) record the scanning graph track. On the software, the mathematical model of two-dimensional dynamic laser scanning is established. The scanning control algorithm of X-Y dual vibroscope and the key technical problems of scanning principle error are analyzed in detail. The software compensation method is used to solve the image distortion caused by scanning. The system uses an efficient image processing algorithm to record the tracks of laser scanning in real time. Finally, the system software and hardware are tested jointly, and the results show that: The system track scan and display results are accurate, especially the calibration before each start of the graphics scanning, it has higher accuracy. (2) no matter what kind of graphics is input into the host computer, the image recorder can reproduce the graphic track input from the software interface of the host computer, and the test results reach a better expected effect and meet the design requirements. The system has the characteristics of high precision, low cost, good stability and good expansibility. It can meet the demand of the vibroscope laser scanning demonstration instrument in the domestic market, and has a good market prospect.
