60GHz频段的室内与室外互传的传播特性测量与研究

【摘要】:随着现代多媒体和移动通信业务的蓬勃发展,对于无线通信业务速率的需求已经从传统的低速率的Kbit/s到Mbit/s,甚至更高的吉比特速率。传统移动通信系统远远提供不了这么高的速率,60GHz频段的无线通信由于其高频段、大带宽传输的特点,成为近年的研究热点。本课题依托国家863项目,进行了60GHz信道建模技术和测试技术的研究,并提供了典型场景的测试报告。本文首先概述了60GHz无线通信研究的背景和现状,对国内外学术界和产业界的最新研究作了总体介绍。详细研究60GHz无线信道特性,并介绍了IEEE-802.11ad任务组给出的信道模型,简要描述了业内在60GHz无线信道研究方面的各项进展。针对第五代移动通信候选频段60GHz频段,进行无线信道的测量和建模领域关键技术的研究,设计了支持长时间、多角度测量的自动测量系统一套,并且进行60GHz频段一些典型应用场景的无线信道特性研究。在进行大量测试的基础上,本文进行60GHz频段的室内LOS和NLOS信道的大尺度信道建模,小尺度信道参数统计分析等。同时,为了充分研究室内室外互传特性,特进行不同材质的穿透特性的测试,并进行了一系列的对比试验。本文的研究结果为我国正在推进的5G毫米波通信系统设计提供了在实际环境的参考,同时也为为新的通信标准的制定、网络规划、现场试验等提供了重要的试验依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern multimedia and mobile communication services, The demand for wireless traffic rates has gone from the traditional low-rate Kbit/s to the Mbit / / s, or even higher, gigabit rates. Traditional mobile communication systems are far from providing such a high rate / 60 GHz wireless communication because of its high frequency band. The characteristics of large bandwidth transmission have become a hot research topic in recent years. Based on the national 863 project, the research of 60GHz channel modeling and testing technology is carried out. A test report of typical scenarios is provided. Firstly, the background and present situation of the research on 60GHz wireless communication are summarized, and the latest researches in academia and industry at home and abroad are introduced in general. The characteristics of 60GHz wireless channel are studied in detail. This paper also introduces the channel model given by IEEE-802.11ad task group, and briefly describes the progress in the research of 60GHz wireless channel. The key technologies in the field of wireless channel measurement and modeling are studied, and a set of automatic measurement system supporting long time and multi-angle measurement is designed. The wireless channel characteristics of some typical application scenarios in the 60GHz band are studied. On the basis of a large number of tests, the large-scale channel modeling of indoor LOS and NLOS channels in the 60GHz band, the statistical analysis of the small-scale channel parameters, and so on, are carried out. In order to fully study the characteristics of indoor and outdoor transmission, the penetration characteristics of different materials are tested. A series of comparative experiments have been carried out. The results of this paper provide a reference for the design of 5G millimeter wave communication system which is being promoted in China, and also provide a reference for the establishment of new communication standards and network planning. The field test provides an important test basis.
