三聚磷腈为核的超支化蓝光材料的设计与合成

【摘要】:有机发光二极管(OLED)具有启动电压低、高亮度、宽视觉、响应快速以及自发光等特点, OLED的研究引起了研究者的高度关注。 为了实现全彩显示,,OLED发光层中红、绿、蓝三基色的有机发光材料的性能需要同步。然而,由于蓝光的宽带隙特性,蓝色有机发光材料相对于红色和绿色有机发光材料在寿命、效率和光谱纯度方面的差距较大。 本文针对有机蓝色发光材料所面临的寿命、发光效率和光谱纯度方面的不足,设计了一种新型有机蓝色发光材料——以三聚磷腈为核、蒽为发光基团的星形高分子。将环磷腈球状空间结构、热稳定性等特点与蒽的高蓝光纯度和效率结合起来,来实现所设计的新型有机蓝光材料在稳定性、蓝光的效率和纯度方面协同。 设计了三条合成路线,并进行了实验验证。结果显示,我们设计的采用蒽硼酸进行Suzuki反应、逐步合成的路线具有可行性。 蒽硼酸是重要的中间体,因此在实验过程中对蒽硼酸的合成进行了合成工艺的优化,包括反应物的配比和后处理重结晶试剂的选择。研究结果显示蒽硼酸合成原料的最佳配比为正丁基锂:9-溴蒽:硼酸三异丙酯=1.2:1:1.5。后处理采用四氯化碳试剂进行重结晶,实际产率78%。 对Suzuki反应的催化体系进行了优化,最终优化的条件为:使用四三苯基磷钯作催化剂,通过改变加料顺序来严格控制无氧的条件,使用甲醇重结晶的后处理方式来提高产率,实际产率为52%。 对目标化合物进行了初步的性能测试,包括紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱。
[Abstract]:Organic light emitting diode ( OLED ) has the characteristics of low starting voltage , high brightness , wide vision , fast response and self - emission , and the research of OLED has attracted the attention of researchers . However , due to the wide band gap characteristics of blue light , the gap between the blue organic light emitting material and the red and green organic light emitting materials in terms of life , efficiency and spectral purity is large . In this paper , we designed a novel organic blue luminescent material , which uses tripolyphosphazenes as the core and anthracene as the luminescent group , and combines the characteristics of the spherical space structure and the thermal stability of the cyclophosphazenes with the high blue purity and the efficiency of anthracene to realize the cooperation of the novel organic blue material in the aspects of stability , blue light efficiency and purity . Three synthetic routes were designed and verified by experiments . The results showed that the route of stepwise synthesis was feasible by the Suzuki reaction of anthracene boronic acid . Anthracene boric acid is an important intermediate . Therefore , the synthesis of anthracene boronic acid is optimized during the experiment , including the ratio of reactants and the choice of post - treatment recrystallization reagents . The results show that the optimal mixture ratio of the raw materials of anthracene boronic acid is n - butyl lithium : 9 - bromoanthracene : triisopropyl borate = 1.2 : 1 : 1.5 . The post - treatment uses carbon tetrachloride reagent to recrystallize , the actual yield is 78 % . The catalytic system of Suzuki reaction was optimized . The optimized conditions were as follows : using tetratriphenylphosphonium palladium as catalyst , strictly controlling the conditions of oxygen - free conditions by changing the feeding sequence , using the post - treatment method of methanol recrystallization to improve the yield and the actual yield of 52 % . The target compound was subjected to a preliminary performance test , including UV absorption spectrum , fluorescence emission spectrum .
