基于动平衡理论的恒温振荡器自动平衡装置研究

【摘要】:高速旋转机械广泛应用于医疗、石油化工、航空和动力工程等行业,是许多现代化工业的关键设备。设备的正常运行,直接影响着人们的安全生产和企业的经济效益。旋转机械在高速运转过程时,机构的一部分偏心质量会产生不平衡力使机构产生机械振动,损伤设备的可靠性和使用寿命。本文基于动平衡理论,设计了一种新型自动平衡调节装置,运用于高速转子的主动平衡工况,以调节旋转机械的质心位置,解决由于质量偏心而引起的机械振动对系统的影响问题。本文以医疗旋转机械恒温振荡器为研究对象,针对其运转过程中产生动态不平衡现象,分析了它产生动态不平衡的原因,并设计了新型自动平衡方案。运用Cero、Solidworks等软件建立恒温振荡器的三维模型,分析调节装置的调节范围,并对极限位置的状态进行力学计算。本文运用ANSYS Workbench和ADAMS软件对恒温振荡器自动平衡装置进行静力学分析和动力学分析,得到平衡块处于不同角度时的振动频率和振型图。最后搭建实验平台,编写触屏操作界面,设计整机测试系统进行实验分析。经过平衡调节方案的详细设计、制图和生产制造搭建了实验平台并进行试验,验证设计的自动平衡方案的可行性。通过对新型恒温振荡器平衡调节装置的建模、力学性能的分析、传动方案的设计以及实验平台的搭建,测试结果表明本平衡方案能有效减小恒温振荡器的动不平衡产生的振动问题,对后续旋转机械产品自平衡的研发具有一定的理论指导意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:High speed rotating machinery is widely used in medical, petrochemical, aviation and power engineering industries. It is the key equipment of many modern industries. It has a direct impact on the safety of production and the economic benefits of enterprises. When rotating machinery is running at high speed, a part of eccentric mass of the mechanism will produce unbalanced force to make the mechanism produce mechanical vibration. Based on the theory of dynamic balance, a new type of automatic balancing device is designed to adjust the center of mass of rotating machinery under the active balancing condition of high speed rotor. The influence of mechanical vibration caused by mass eccentricity on the system is solved. In this paper, the thermostatic oscillator of medical rotating machinery is taken as the research object. The cause of dynamic imbalance is analyzed, and a new automatic balancing scheme is designed. The three-dimensional model of constant temperature oscillator is established by using Cero/ Solidworks software, and the adjustment range of regulating device is analyzed. In this paper, ANSYS Workbench and ADAMS software are used to analyze the statics and dynamics of the automatic balance device of the constant temperature oscillator. The vibration frequency and vibration pattern of the balance block at different angles are obtained. Finally, the experimental platform is built, the touch screen operation interface is compiled, and the testing system of the whole machine is designed for experimental analysis. After the detailed design of the balancing adjustment scheme, The experiment platform was set up and the experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility of the designed automatic balancing scheme. By modeling and analyzing the mechanical properties of the new thermostatic oscillator balance regulating device, The design of the transmission scheme and the construction of the experimental platform show that the proposed balancing scheme can effectively reduce the vibration problem caused by the dynamic unbalance of the thermostatic oscillator. It has certain theoretical guiding significance and reference value for the following research and development of self-balance of rotating machinery products.
