基于偏硼酸钡晶体高重复频率266 nm紫外激光器

【摘要】:报道了利用基于掺镱光纤脉冲激光器1064 nm基频光通过偏硼酸钡晶体(β-BaB_2O_4,BBO)晶体四次谐波技术获得266 nm的紫外激光输出,利用双晶体空间走离补偿技术在重复频率为80 MHz平均输出功率为2.9 W,532 nm到266 nm的转化效率为36.5%。通过测量266 nm光强的变化发现双光子吸收效应导致了动态色心的形成,以及色心密度与双光子吸收系数随着晶体温度变化的规律,实验数据表明在晶体温度200℃的双光子吸收效应比室温时低了3.5倍,提高了266 nm紫外激光的输出功率和稳定度。
[Abstract]:Based on ytterbium-doped fiber pulse laser 1064 nm fundamental frequency light is used to obtain 266 nm ultraviolet laser output through the fourth harmonic technique of 尾 -BaB2O4BBOO crystal.
