制导光纤缠绕粘结剂精密涂覆系统研究

【摘要】:光纤是一种高质量的远距离信号传输介质,它具有信号损失小、失真低、传输信号速度快、质量高等一系列优点,使用光纤进行信息传输的一种重要用途就是光纤制导导弹。光纤是光纤制导武器唯一的数据传输载体和通道,用于传输下行图像和上行指令,是光纤制导武器的生命线。制导导弹光纤线包缠绕质量的好坏直接影响武器的可靠性。为了保证不出现光纤跨越、陷入、松弛、跳线、回跌和坍塌的缺陷,以及在飞行放线制导过程中断纤的现象,因此光缆缠绕中需要使用光纤粘接剂。采用不同形式的施涂工艺,又将导致不同的粘接力,从而对线包的整体质量产生影响。制导光纤高速缠绕过程中自动精密施胶系统的研发正是针对这一关键技术难题展开研究的。本文在对缠绕粘结剂组分及特性分析的基础上,结合课题针对粘结剂涂敷的具体指标,提出了一种系统的实现制导光纤缠绕粘结剂精密涂敷的方法。对机械系统中的主要部件丝杠螺母副、步进电机、联轴器以及雾化喷嘴进行了计算及选型。基于流体分析用CFX软件对雾化效果进行了仿真,并定性给出了相关参数对雾化效果的影响规律。根据喷涂的要求选择了调节供气压力的元件。结合系统整体的要求,设计了粘结剂精密涂敷的控制系统,主要由PLC、步进电机驱动器、压力变送器、电气比例阀组成。最后在搭建的实验平台上进行了实地试验,系统基本能够实现预期的功能。
[Abstract]:Optical fiber is a kind of high quality long-distance signal transmission medium. It has a series of advantages, such as small loss of signal, low distortion, high speed of transmission signal, high quality and so on. An important use of optical fiber for information transmission is fiber-optic guided missile. Optical fiber is the only data transmission carrier and channel for fiber-guided weapons, which is used to transmit downlink images and uplink instructions. It is the lifeline of fiber-optic guided weapon. The quality of fiber-optic wire wrapping of guided missile directly affects the reliability of weapon. In order to ensure that there are no defects of fiber crossing, falling, loosening, jumper, falling back and collapsing, And the phenomenon that the fiber is interrupted in the course of flight guidance, so it is necessary to use optical fiber adhesive in the winding of optical fiber cable, and different forms of coating technology will lead to different bonding force. The research and development of automatic precision sizing system in high speed winding of guided optical fiber is aimed at this key technical problem. Based on the analysis of the composition and characteristics of binder, According to the specific index of binder coating, a systematic method of precision coating of guiding fiber winding binder is proposed. The main parts of mechanical system are the screw nut pair, step motor, and so on. The coupling and atomizing nozzle are calculated and selected. The atomization effect is simulated by CFX software based on fluid analysis. The influence of relative parameters on atomization effect is given qualitatively. According to the requirements of spraying, the elements regulating the air supply pressure are selected. According to the requirements of the whole system, a control system for the precise coating of binder is designed. It is mainly composed of PLC, stepper motor driver, pressure transmitter and electric proportional valve. Finally, the field test is carried out on the experimental platform, and the system can basically achieve the expected function.
