陷波UWB滤波器及其在自适应天线干扰检测子系统中的应用研究

【摘要】:超宽带技术随着通信行业的发展成为了未来通信行业重点关注的领域,超宽带带通滤波器作为超宽带系统中重要的器件也得到了广泛的关注。由于超宽带频率范围内,存在着很多窄带通信信号,影响超宽带系统的性能。因此,具有陷波的UWB带通滤波器成为研究热点。本文的主要内容为:1.设计了一款基于E型谐振器的UWB带通滤波器,该滤波器具有小型化,易于加工的特点。提出一种用贴片电容耦合双谐振器的方式实现紧耦合的方法,解决了实际加工中的难题,拓宽应用频段;利用C型缺陷地结构对其进行高频谐波抑制,优化滤波器性能。随后在此基础上,根据串联谐振原理,利用纯电抗元件引入一个中心频率可调的陷波。2.设计了一款基于半波长阶梯阻抗枝节加载谐振器的UWB带通滤波器,该滤波器通带内有五个传输极点,平坦度好。滤波器结构紧凑体积小,易于加工。随后在此基础上,灵活利用嵌入式枝节结构,非对称输入输出结构引入陷波,设计两个带陷UWB带通滤波器:一个双陷波(5.8GHz/8GHz)UWB带通滤波器;一个基于PIN管的电调陷波UWB带通滤波器。3.设计了一种陷波处于中心的UWB带通滤波器,并将其应用于一种自适应天线干扰检测子系统中。对该子系统进行了方案设计和指标分解,然后对各个主要部件进行了设计研究,仿真得到的性能能够满足各模块的指标要求,组建的整个子系统能够实现干扰检测的功能。
[Abstract]:Ultra-wideband (UWB) technology has become the focus of future communication industry with the development of communication industry. UWB bandpass filter as an important device in UWB system has also been widely concerned. There are many narrowband communication signals which affect the performance of UWB system. Therefore, the UWB bandpass filter with notch wave has become a research hotspot. The main content of this paper is: 1. A UWB band-pass filter based on E-type resonator is designed. The filter has the characteristics of miniaturization and easy to be machined. This paper presents a method of tight coupling by means of chip capacitance-coupled double resonator, which solves the problem in practical machining and broadens the applied frequency band. The high frequency harmonic suppression is carried out by using the C-type defect ground structure, and the filter performance is optimized. Then, according to the principle of series resonance, Using pure reactance element to introduce a notch with adjustable center frequency. 2. A UWB band-pass filter based on half-wavelength step impedance branch loading resonator is designed. There are five transmission poles in the pass band of the filter. The filter structure is compact and small and easy to be machined. On this basis, the embedded branch structure is used flexibly, and the notch wave is introduced into the asymmetric input and output structure. Two bandpass filters with UWB band pass are designed: a double notch filter with 5.8 GHz / 8 GHz band pass filter and an electrically modulated notch wave UWB bandpass filter based on PIN transistor. 3. A UWB bandpass filter with notch wave at the center is designed. It is applied to an adaptive antenna interference detection subsystem. The scheme design and index decomposition of the subsystem are carried out, and then the main components are designed and studied. The simulation results show that the performance can meet the requirements of each module. The whole subsystem can realize the function of interference detection.
