单片CDCTA-C低功耗电控调谐双模式三阶正交振荡器的设计

【摘要】:针对振荡器功耗大和振荡频率低的问题,提出了一种基于电流差分级联跨导放大器的三阶正交振荡电路.该电路仅使用一个电流差分级联跨导放大器和三个接地无源电容,可以同时产生两组等幅正交电流信号和一组等幅正交电压信号.电路结构简单,功耗低至1.8m W,最大灵敏度绝对值仅0.5,振荡频率可达10MHz数量级,而且振荡条件和震荡频率可相互独立地电控调谐.计算机模拟和流片芯片测试结果验证了理论分析的正确性.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of high power consumption and low oscillation frequency of the oscillator, a three-order orthogonal oscillation circuit based on the current differential cascade transconductance amplifier is proposed. The circuit uses only one current-differential cascade transconductance amplifier and three grounded passive capacitors. Two sets of equal-amplitude orthogonal current signals and one set of equal-amplitude quadrature voltage signals can be generated simultaneously. The circuit has simple structure, low power consumption up to 1.8 MW, the maximum sensitivity is only 0.5, and the oscillation frequency can reach the order of 10 MHz. Moreover, the oscillation condition and frequency can be independently tuned by electronic control. The results of computer simulation and chip chip test verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
