不同结构样式LED散热器的对比选用方法

【摘要】:针对设计出来的诸多结构样式LED散热器的具体选用问题,提出了一种对比选用方法。以一个LED光源的散热为基准,阐述了对其中3款散热器的选用过程。用Solidworks软件建立光源并采用第一款散热器的模型,用实测结果对用工程流体动力学(EFD)热模拟的结果进行验证。以第一款散热器的热阻和光源基板的均温为散热基准,对另两款散热器在原尺寸的基础上按逐步增加0.1倍的方式进行整体放大,在达到散热基准时对三者进行对比。结果表明,散热基准为热阻15.20 K/W、基板均温42.42℃,款式二、款式三散热器在整体放大1.38倍和1.35倍时与基准最为接近,热阻相差不超过1.5%、均温相差不超过0.1%。此时三者重量相近,款式三的占据空间最小,款式二的可操作面积最大。运用此方法可对各种结构样式的LED散热器进行对比选用。
[Abstract]:In view of the specific selection of many structural LED radiators, a method of comparison and selection is put forward, which is based on the heat dissipation of a LED light source. The selection process of three radiators is described. The light source is built with Solidworks software and the model of the first radiator is adopted. The results of thermal simulation with engineering fluid dynamics (EFDs) are verified by the measured results. The heat resistance of the first radiator and the average temperature of the light source substrate are taken as the radiating datum. On the basis of the original size, the other two radiators are amplified by a gradual increase of 0.1 times, and compared with each other when the heat dissipation standard is reached. The results show that the heat dissipation standard is 15.20 KW, the average temperature of the substrate is 42.42 鈩,
