现场总线MAU芯片中的数字控制电路的设计与研究

【摘要】:现场总线是一种工业控制领域的局域网,已经在工业现场得到了广泛应用。媒体结合单元MAU(Medium Attachment Unit)芯片是总线仪表获取能量和交换数据的关键部件,目前对现场总线MAU芯片的研究因其重要作用以及高的技术难点而具有重要意义。 MAU芯片是一种大规模混合信号集成电路,具有较高的系统复杂性。本文给出了一种MAU芯片中各个数字电路模块的设计和实现方法。课题来源于一个实际工程项目,目标是设计一种与国外某款芯片兼容的MAU芯片。由于原芯片工艺与现有国内工艺差距较大,采用了逆向分析与正向设计结合的设计方法。为全面掌握原芯片功能,首先对原芯片进行了深度的逆向分析。利用Chip Analyzer软件对整个芯片电路进行了提取和初步整理,通过查阅资料对其进行了功能模块划分。该电路包括电源模块、发送模块,接收模块,数字控制模块,修调和烧写控制模块,,DC/DC变换模块等。其中数字控制模块的主要功能是根据来自各个模块的状态信号决定系统工作状态,并依据系统的状态控制其它模块工作,除此之外还具有监视通信数据合理性的作用。除数字控制模块外,修调和烧写控制模块和DC/DC变换模块等以数字电路为主的模块也属于本文工作内容。在充分理解原芯片功能的基础上,采用华虹NEC0.35um BCD工艺重新设计了上述电路模块。对工艺差异不大的电路模块保持了原有电路结构但修改了晶体管参数。对工艺差异较大的部分做了包括电路结构在内的修改,并在不影响兼容性的前提下,改进了电路性能。仿真验证表明新设计满足功能要求并能达到性能指标,版图设计通过了DRC及LVS检查,项目通过验收,等待流片。
[Abstract]:Field bus is a local area network in the field of industrial control, and has been widely used in industrial field. The MAU(Medium Attachment unit chip is the key component of bus instrument to obtain energy and exchange data. At present, the research of fieldbus MAU chip is of great significance because of its important role and high technical difficulties. MAU chip is a large scale mixed signal integrated circuit with high system complexity. In this paper, a design and implementation method of each digital circuit module in MAU chip is presented. The aim is to design a kind of MAU chip compatible with some foreign chip. Because of the gap between the original chip process and the existing domestic technology, a design method combining reverse analysis and forward design is adopted to master the function of the original chip. Firstly, the deep reverse analysis of the original chip is carried out. The whole chip circuit is extracted and preliminarily arranged by using Chip Analyzer software, and the functional modules are divided by consulting the data. The circuit includes power supply module, transmission module, power module and transmission module. The main function of the digital control module is to determine the working state of the system according to the state signals from each module. And according to the state of the system control other modules, in addition to the role of monitoring the rationality of communication data. In addition to the digital control module, The digital circuit modules, such as the repair and burn control module and the DC/DC transform module, also belong to the work of this paper. On the basis of fully understanding the function of the original chip, the function of the original chip is fully understood. The circuit modules mentioned above have been redesigned by using Huahong NEC0.35um BCD process. The original circuit structure has been kept for the circuit module with little process difference, but the transistor parameters have been modified. The simulation results show that the new design can meet the functional requirements and meet the performance requirements. The layout design has passed DRC and LVS checks, the project has passed the acceptance, waiting for the flow sheet.
