带筋壁板激光喷丸成形的固有应变建模及成形规律研究

【摘要】:带筋整体壁板正代替传统装配壁板成为航天领域的重要结构件,但由于筋条的约束作用,其成形较为困难。激光喷丸成形因具有高应变率效应和较强成形能力,是解决带筋整体壁板成形的重要工艺途径。详细阐述了基于固有应变的带筋壁板激光喷丸成形建模方法,以航天典型网格壁板为例比较了三种不同建模方法的运算效率和精度。证明梁单元模型的计算分析效率相对较高,壳单元适用分析筋条与壁板之间的相对变形。将上述模型应用于带筋壁板激光喷丸成形变形预测,针对单筋壁板和网格壁板两种特征带筋壁板,分析了筋条截面和筋条分布对带筋壁板激光喷丸成形结果的影响。证明网格壁板双向弯曲差异不大,单向筋条有利于成形单曲率曲面,且筋条高厚比和宽高比越小沿筋条方向直线性越好。
[Abstract]:The stiffened integral wall plate is becoming an important structural part in the aerospace field instead of the traditional assembly wall plate. However, because of the constraint of the bar, it is difficult to form. The laser shot peening has high strain rate effect and strong forming ability. It is an important process way to solve the problem of integral panel forming with reinforcement. The modeling method of laser shot peening based on inherent strain is described in detail. The computational efficiency and accuracy of three different modeling methods are compared with typical spaceflight grid panels. It is proved that the calculation and analysis efficiency of the beam element model is relatively high. The shell element can be used to analyze the relative deformation between the steel bar and the wall plate. The above model is applied to predict the deformation of the laser shot peening forming of the stiffened wall plate, aiming at the two characteristics of the single stiffened wall plate and the grid wall plate. The effects of section and distribution of bars on the results of laser shot peening of stiffened panels are analyzed. It is proved that there is little difference in bidirectional bending of grid panels, and that unidirectional bars are favorable for forming curved surfaces with single curvature. And the smaller the ratio of height to thickness and the ratio of width to height, the better the straightness along the direction of the bar.
