碱浸回收电解锰阳极泥中硒的研究

【摘要】:采用氢氧化钠碱浸回收电解锰阳极泥中的硒,考察氢氧化钠浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间和搅拌速度等对硒浸出率的影响,并在此基础上研究了超声辅助强化浸出的效果。结果表明,超声辅助强化浸出可以降低浸出温度,缩短反应时间,并能有效提高硒的浸出率。当超声功率为500 W时,60℃反应50min,硒的浸出率达到96.11%。
[Abstract]:The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, leaching temperature, liquid-solid ratio, leaching time and stirring speed on the leaching rate of selenium were investigated by using alkali leaching of sodium hydroxide to recover selenium from electrolytic manganese anode mud.On the basis of this, the effect of ultrasonic assisted enhanced leaching was studied.The results show that ultrasonic enhanced leaching can reduce leaching temperature, shorten reaction time, and effectively improve the leaching rate of selenium.The leaching rate of selenium reached 96.11 when ultrasonic power was 500 W and reaction time was 50 min at 60 鈩,
