电子产品通用自动测试系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪,电子、移动通讯、互联网等领域发展迅猛,催生出各式各样的电子产品,如智能手机、平板电脑、穿戴式设备。电子产品更新换代快,而目前大多数中小型电子企业仍采用人工测试,效率低、差错率高,严重阻碍产品质量的提升。也有一些企业使用专门定制的测试系统,但这些测试系统在通用性、灵活性等方面难以令人满意。因此,设计适用于中小型企业的通用自动测试系统对提高产品测试质量、缩短产品上市时间以及扩大公司规模都有不可或缺的作用。本文分析了自动测试系统的发展趋势,采纳了现有一些测试系统的优点,综合考虑系统的通用性、可扩展性、易操作性、可配置性等因素[1],采用NI公司Test Stand和Lab VIEW作为上位机软件开发软件,结合嵌入式测试设备,基于模块化设计理念,构建了通用自动测试系统。该系统通过NI采集卡实现了电子产品的电压、电流、电阻、频率等电气信号的测量;测控模块与上位机分别作为TCP客户端与TCP并发服务器实现多产品多种常用通信端口(如UART、SPI、I2C、USB等)的传输性能的并行测试,在测控模块上建立了简易的HTTP服务器,使得上位机能够通过浏览器可视化配置测控模块整体参数。此外,本系统能够通过参数配置表集中配置测试参数,同时具备权限管理、测试流程控制、数据分析、故障警报、报表生成等功能。对于不同的产品,传统自动测试系统采取的策略是“软件重新设计”,与其相对比,本自动测试系统采取的策略是“测试单元组合成测试项目组,测试项目组与测试条件相应的程序模块构成测试序列,不同的产品使用不同的测试序列集”,使得系统通用性与扩展性大大增强。而且,测试项目、流程、参数可以简单灵活配置、快速部署,可满足产品快速更新换代带来的测试需求。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, electronics, mobile communications, the Internet and other fields have developed rapidly, resulting in a variety of electronic products, such as smartphones, tablets, wearable devices.At present, most small and medium-sized electronic enterprises still use manual testing, which has low efficiency and high error rate, which seriously hinders the improvement of product quality.Some enterprises also use customized test systems, but these test systems are not satisfactory in generality, flexibility and so on.Therefore, the design of a general automatic test system for small and medium-sized enterprises plays an indispensable role in improving the quality of product testing, shortening the time to market and expanding the size of the company.This paper analyzes the development trend of the automatic test system, adopts the advantages of some existing test systems, and considers the universality, expansibility and easy operation of the system.In this paper, Test Stand and Lab VIEW of NI Company are adopted as the software development software of upper computer, combined with embedded testing equipment, and based on the idea of modular design, a general automatic test system is constructed.The system realizes the measurement of electrical signals such as voltage, current, resistance, frequency and so on through NI acquisition card.The measurement and control module and the host computer are used as the TCP client and the TCP concurrent server respectively to realize the parallel test of the transmission performance of many kinds of common communication ports (such as UARTN SPI I 2CU USB etc.). A simple HTTP server is established on the measure and control module.So that the host computer can visually configure the overall parameters of the measurement and control module through the browser.In addition, the system can configure test parameters through parameter configuration table, and has functions of authority management, test flow control, data analysis, fault alarm, report generation and so on.For different products, the traditional automatic test system adopts the strategy of "software redesign". In contrast, the strategy adopted in this automatic test system is "the test unit is combined into a test project group,"The test group and the test condition corresponding program module constitute the test sequence, different products use different test sequence set ", make the system generality and expansibility greatly enhance."Furthermore, test items, processes and parameters can be easily and flexibly configured, and can be deployed quickly to meet the test requirements brought about by rapid product upgrading.
