微带交叉形谐振器的建模及其应用

【摘要】:微带交叉形谐振器(Cross-Shaped Resonator,CSR)结构简单,在各种微带电路中广泛使用。但随着频率升高,其中心接头结构将产生寄生电容,影响最终设计结果。论文通过对微带交叉形谐振器建模,利用导纳矩阵推导了参数解析公式,给出了改进方法,并据此研制了用于雷达组网的Ku波段双工器,完成了雷达组网发射机研制。具体内容包括:1.建立微带交叉形谐振器的等效电路模型,提出一种基于导纳矩阵的四端口微带交叉形谐振器高精度超宽带等效电路参数提取方法,给出其闭式提取式,并对模型进行准确性验证和参数分析。2.将传统的微带交叉形谐振器结构改进为凹-微带交叉形谐振器结构和凸-微带交叉形谐振器结构两种形式,以精确控制微带交叉形谐振器中心处寄生电容的影响。利用改进后的微带交叉形谐振器结构研制了两个中心频率分别为14 GHz和16.5 GHz的DBR滤波器。最后通过T型节连接制作出一个符合雷达组网通信系统要求的Ku波段DBR微带双工器。实测3 dB相对带宽分别为7.3%和6.4%,通带内插入损耗分别小于2.2 dB和2 dB,回波损耗分别好于14 dB和12 dB,阻带抑制高于50 dB,并具有高达60 dB的隔离度。3.基于现有雷达平台设计了一种基于2FSK的雷达组网通信系统,完成了发射机的搭建。发射机上通道用于LFMCW雷达信号发射,下通道用于目标信息发射。通信信道利用2FSK调制基带信号,调制信号上变频放大后与线性调频信号一起通过本文研制的DBR双工器连接到发射天线。实测双工器输出信号满足指标要求。
[Abstract]:Cross-Shaped Resonator (CSR) has a simple structure and is widely used in various microstrip circuits.However, with the increase of frequency, the parasitic capacitance will be produced in the central junction structure, which will affect the final design results.Based on the modeling of microstrip cross-shaped resonator, the analytical formula of parameters is derived by admittance matrix, and the improved method is given. Based on this, a Ku-band duplex for radar netting is developed, and the radar netting transmitter is developed.The details include: 1.The equivalent circuit model of microstrip crossover resonator is established. A four-port microstrip cross resonator with high precision ultra-wideband equivalent circuit parameter extraction method based on admittance matrix is proposed and its closed extraction formula is given.And the veracity of the model and parameter analysis. 2.The traditional microstrip cross resonator structure is improved into concave-microstrip cross-resonator structure and convex-microstrip cross-resonator structure to accurately control the effect of parasitic capacitance at the center of microstrip cross-shaped resonator.Two DBR filters with central frequencies of 14 GHz and 16. 5 GHz have been developed using the improved microstrip cross resonator structure.Finally, a Ku-band DBR microstrip Duplexer, which meets the requirements of radar netting communication system, is fabricated by T-joint connection.The measured relative bandwidth of 3 dB is 7.3% and 6.4%, the insertion loss in passband is less than 2.2 dB and 2 dB, the echo loss is better than 14 dB and 12 dB, the stopband suppression is more than 50 dB, and the isolation is as high as 60 dB.Based on the existing radar platform, a radar networking communication system based on 2FSK is designed, and the transmitter is built.The upper channel of transmitter is used for LFMCW radar signal transmission, and the lower channel is used for target information transmission.In the communication channel, the baseband signal is modulated by 2FSK. The modulated signal is amplified by up-conversion and connected with the LFM signal via the DBR Duplexer developed in this paper.The measured output signal of duplex meets the requirement of index.
