基于FSS空间滤波器极化稳定性的研究

【摘要】:频率选择表面是一种空间电磁波滤波器件,这种器件比传统滤波器在空间电磁波信号选择方面有独特优势,频率选择表面在电磁隐身、电子对抗等领域的巨大应用价值使其在军用、民用方面得到广泛应用,在军事应用方面,其最重要的应用就是作为隐身雷达罩。本文从理论和工程仿真两个方面对FSS进行研究和探讨。在理论方面,介绍了包括FSS的基本分析理论、物理工作机制、常见的FSS单元类型,采用等效电路模型分析缝隙型和贴片型单元的传输网络。在工程仿真方面,以Y型缝隙FSS单元为例,分别从单元臂长、介质层厚度、介电常数、介质加载方式、单元缝隙宽度、入射波角度、极化方式和单元间距等角度,仿真分析了以上基本参数改变对频率选择表面频率传输响应特性的影响。在传输特性理论分析方面,分别详述了用模式匹配法和谱域分析法分析贴片单元和缝隙单元散射参数的方法。最后阐述了电磁波极化概念、极化类型和表示方法。通过仿真分析Y环形FSS和Y缝隙型单元基本参数对传输曲线的影响,对两种单元的排列方式和旋转角度对传输曲线极化稳定性进行深入的仿真研究,发现在正方形排列方式和三角形排列方式下,两种FSS单元各自以不同方式旋转某种角度后传输曲线均可获得更稳定极化稳定性。在综合仿真设计方面,首先介绍多层FSS电磁散射特性的分析方法,以方环形FSS单元为例,探索多屏FSS的仿真设计方法,多屏FSS具有更宽的传输带宽、更陡峭的边带传输特性,且传输特性更稳定,但是设计难度系数高,通带插损大。从单元紧凑、小型化设计角度出发,通过十字单元小型化前后性能进行仿真对比发现小型化FSS设计性能得到改善。设计一种新型小型、高极化稳定性的FSS单元,并对该新型单元进行双屏设计,通过反复优化介质层的厚度和介电常数,最终获得良好的频率传输响应特性。
[Abstract]:The frequency-selective surface is a kind of spatial electromagnetic wave filter. This kind of device has a unique advantage over the traditional filter in the space electromagnetic wave signal selection.The great application value of electronic countermeasures makes it widely used in military and civil fields. In military applications, its most important application is as stealth radome.In this paper, FSS is studied from two aspects of theory and engineering simulation.In theory, the basic analysis theory, physical working mechanism, common type of FSS unit are introduced, and the equivalent circuit model is used to analyze the transmission network of slot type and patch type unit.In the aspect of engineering simulation, taking Y-type slot FSS element as an example, from the angles of arm length, dielectric layer thickness, dielectric constant, dielectric loading mode, gap width, incident wave angle, polarization mode and cell spacing, etc.The effects of the basic parameters above on the frequency transmission response of the frequency selective surface are simulated and analyzed.In the theoretical analysis of transmission characteristics, the scattering parameters of patch element and slot element are analyzed by mode matching method and spectral domain analysis method, respectively.Finally, the concept, type and representation of electromagnetic wave polarization are described.The influence of the basic parameters of Y ring FSS and Y slot elements on the transmission curve is analyzed by simulation. The polarization stability of the transmission curve is studied by the arrangement of the two units and the rotation angle.It is found that the transmission curves of the two kinds of FSS elements can obtain more stable polarization stability after rotating a certain angle in different ways under the square arrangement and triangle arrangement.In the aspect of synthetic simulation design, the analysis method of electromagnetic scattering characteristics of multi-layer FSS is introduced firstly. Taking square ring FSS unit as an example, the simulation design method of multi-screen FSS is explored. The multi-screen FSS has wider transmission bandwidth and steeper sideband transmission characteristics.And the transmission characteristic is more stable, but the design difficulty coefficient is high, the passband insertion loss is big.From the point of view of compact and miniaturized design of unit, the performance of miniaturized FSS is improved by simulation before and after miniaturization of cross unit.A new type of small, highly polarization-stable FSS element is designed and designed with double screens. By repeatedly optimizing the thickness and dielectric constant of the dielectric layer, a good frequency transmission response is obtained.
