基于LTCC技术的微型巴伦滤波器的研究

【摘要】:随着无线通信技术的快速发展,通信行业对电子设备、射频系统以及微波元器件的微型化与高性能提出更高的要求。低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术运用三维集成技术,可实现微波元器件的微型化、低成本、高性能。目前,基于LTCC技术的巴伦滤波器广泛应用于移动通信、蓝牙以及无线局域网等领域。但如何使得巴伦滤波器具有更好的微型化,较好的相位平衡度与幅度平衡度是巴伦滤波器设计领域重点研究的问题。本文围绕基于LTCC技术的巴伦滤波器微型化展开研究,并取得如下研究成果:(1)分别对两款巴伦进行理论分析,并依据理论在HFSS软件进行三维建模仿真,设计了集总参数窄带巴伦与三线改进型Marchand宽带巴伦,实现了微型化、相位平衡度好,幅度平衡度好等性能,尺寸均为3.2mm×4.5mm×0.95mm。(2)分别对三款LTCC带通滤波器进行理论分析与设计,包括半集总参数滤波器、四级分布参数滤波器、六级分布参数滤波器。这些滤波器通过引入交叉耦合结构,增加传输零点,从而实现了较高的带外抑制。并通过并联谐振单元间电磁耦合的传输方式实现滤波器的微型化,三款滤波器尺寸均小于3.2mm×4.5mm×1.4mm。(3)将设计的巴伦与滤波器通过垂直通孔互连的方式分别级联,得到三款组合型巴伦滤波器,这种组合型巴伦滤波器具有频段、带宽、结构组合灵活的特点,应用更加广泛,相位平衡度好,并且组合型巴伦滤波器比巴伦与滤波器尺寸和小,尺寸均小于3.2mm×4.5mm× 1.98mm。(4)采用短路耦合带状线作为谐振单元,依据短路耦合带状线理论,设计四款单一元件型巴伦滤波器。这种巴伦滤波器可以同时实现巴伦与滤波器的功能,并且结构简单,尺寸更小,具有微型化、相位平衡度好等优点,尺寸均小于2.5mm×2.8mm×1.1mm。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the communication industry has put forward higher requirements for the miniaturization and high performance of electronic equipment, radio frequency system and microwave components.The low temperature co-fired ceramic LTCC can realize the miniaturization, low cost and high performance of microwave components by using 3D integration technology.At present, Barron filter based on LTCC technology is widely used in mobile communication, Bluetooth and wireless local area network.However, how to make the Barron filter have better miniaturization, better phase balance and amplitude balance are the key issues in the design field of Barron filter.In this paper, the miniaturization of Barron filter based on LTCC technology is studied, and the following research results are obtained: 1) the two models of Baron are theoretically analyzed, and the 3D modeling and simulation are carried out in HFSS software according to the theory.The lumped parameter narrowband Barron and the three-wire modified Marchand broadband Barron are designed. The miniaturization, good phase balance and good amplitude balance are realized. The size of the three LTCC bandpass filters are all 3.2mm 脳 4.5mm 脳 0.95mm. 2) the three LTCC bandpass filters are theoretically analyzed and designed.It includes half lumped parameter filter, four-stage distributed parameter filter and six-stage distributed parameter filter.These filters increase transmission zeros by introducing cross-coupling structures, thus achieving higher out-of-band suppression.The filter is miniaturized by electromagnetic coupling between parallel resonant units. The three filters are smaller in size than 3.2mm 脳 4.5mm 脳 1.4mm.Three kinds of combinatorial Barron filters are obtained, which have the advantages of flexible frequency band, bandwidth, flexible structure, wider application, better phase balance, and smaller size and size of the combined Barron filter than that of the Barron filter.All of them are smaller than 3.2mm 脳 4.5mm 脳 1.98mm. 4) based on the theory of short-circuit coupled banded lines, four single-element Barron filters are designed by using short-circuit coupled banding lines as resonant units.This kind of Barron filter can realize the function of Barron and filter at the same time. It has the advantages of simple structure, smaller size, miniaturization and good phase balance. The size of the filter is smaller than 2.5mm 脳 2.8mm 脳 1.1 mm.
