头盔式红外测温系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:基于红外热探测器的测温技术,由于便携、非接触、直观易用等优点,日益被人们重视。本课题通过对比现有的手持式红外测温仪,发现普遍存在成像分辨率低、细节模糊、无色彩显示、界面单一和设备笨重等缺点。因此本课题结合实现小型化与测温等要求,重点提出了一种头盔式红外热成像系统的构架方案。针对前端成像系统深入分析了红外光学系统的结构和红外探测器的响应原理,并全面剖析了影响图像质量的噪声和非均匀性,重点提出了一种将温度定标与非均匀性定标相融合的标定方法。此种方法在不需要增加计算和处理复杂度的同时又能很好地提高非均匀性校正的效果。对于后端显示系统也是在充分比较现有显示设备的情况下,通过设计人机交互界面,增加功能菜单,提供多种测温方式以及图像操作功能,大大降低了电力巡检的差错率。同时为了提高人眼的识别度,本课题着重添加了改进型的伪彩色算法,并进一步引入OLED贴目式观察屏,达到最佳的观察方式。本课题设计的头盔式红外测温系统在解放双手的基础上又能实现检测视场与人眼视场相一致,达到所见即所检的效果。立足于实际需求,充分考虑小型化、硬件可行性、低功耗和可操作性,达到省时省力又省成本的目的。在不久的将来必有巨大的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The temperature measurement technology based on infrared thermal detector has been paid more and more attention due to its advantages of portability, non-contact, intuitive and easy to use.By comparing the existing hand-held infrared thermometers, it is found that there are some disadvantages such as low resolution, fuzzy detail, colorless display, single interface and heavy equipment.Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of miniaturization and temperature measurement, this paper puts forward a structure scheme of head armor infrared thermal imaging system.The structure of the infrared optical system and the response principle of the infrared detector are deeply analyzed for the front-end imaging system, and the noise and non-uniformity that affect the image quality are analyzed comprehensively.A calibration method combining temperature calibration with non-uniformity calibration is proposed.This method can improve the effect of nonuniformity correction without increasing computational and processing complexity.For the back-end display system, under the condition of fully comparing the existing display equipment, by designing man-machine interface, adding function menu, providing a variety of temperature measurement methods and image operation functions, the error rate of power inspection is greatly reduced.At the same time, in order to improve the recognition of human eyes, an improved pseudocolor algorithm is added, and the OLED view screen is further introduced to achieve the best observation mode.The head-armor infrared temperature measuring system designed in this paper can realize the consistency of the inspection field and the human eye field of view on the basis of liberating both hands and achieve the effect of detecting what is seen.Based on the actual demand, miniaturization, hardware feasibility, low power consumption and maneuverability are fully considered to save time, labor and cost.In the near future, there will be great application prospects.
