用N235从低浓度硫酸溶液中萃取锗试验研究

【摘要】:研究了采用N235从低浓度硫酸溶液中萃取回收锗,考察了酒石酸用量、有机相组成、相比(VO/VA)、温度、接触时间、料液pH对锗萃取率的影响,也考察了反萃取剂浓度、相比(VO/VA)、接触时间、温度对锗反萃取率的影响,并绘制了反萃取等温线。试验结果表明:在有机相组成为20%N235+10%TBP+70%磺化煤油、相比VO/VA=1/2、温度25℃、萃取时间10min、料液pH=1.5、n(酒石酸)/n(锗)=5条件下,锗萃取率达97.15%,锌、铜、铁萃取率分别为1.31%、0.26%、0.11%;负载锗的有机相用NaOH溶液(浓度为2mol/L)在相比VO/VA=7∶r1、接触时间10min、温度45℃条件下经3级逆流反萃取,锗反萃取率达99.73%,反萃取液中锗质量浓度为1.64g/L,锗富集近14倍。
[Abstract]:The extraction and recovery of germanium from low concentration sulfuric acid solution with N235 were studied.
