基于神经信号采集技术的无线传输片上系统研究

【摘要】:基于生物电信号的幅频特性,研究了高精度、低噪声和低功耗的信号采集与无线传输方法和优化理论。通过SMIC 180 nm 1P6M标准CMOS工艺设计实现了一款用于自由活动被测体的神经电信号采集和无线传输芯片。主要论述了射频电路设计,在该生物电信号采集和传输系统中采用无线方式对信号进行传输,为了增加其通用性,兼顾板级天线互连及其面积尺寸,依据科学研究、教育和商用的开放频段(2.4~2.438 GHz)对无线收发组件进行研究和设计。
[Abstract]:Based on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of bioelectric signals, the signal acquisition and wireless transmission methods and optimization theory with high precision, low noise and low power consumption are studied. A SMIC 180nm 1P6M standard CMOS technology is used to design and implement a neural signal acquisition and wireless transmission chip for free-moving subjects. This paper mainly discusses the design of radio frequency circuit. In this bioelectric signal acquisition and transmission system, wireless mode is adopted to transmit the signal. In order to increase its versatility, the board level antenna interconnection and its area size are taken into account, according to scientific research.
