一种提高四杆靶标空间频率的光学系统设计

【摘要】:针对高性能红外成像系统MRTD测试用的小尺寸四杆靶标加工难度大,甚至以现有加工水平根本无法加工的问题,采用ZEMAX软件设计了一款离轴全反射成像光学系统。系统由三个非球面反射镜组成,放大倍数为0.4。仿真结果表明,本文设计的光学系统成像质量良好,接近衍射极限,加入现有的测试系统中可以满足高分辨率红外成像系统MRTD测试需求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the small size four-bar target used in MRTD testing of high performance infrared imaging system is difficult to be machined, even the existing processing level can not be machined at all, an off-axis total reflection imaging optical system is designed by using ZEMAX software. The system consists of three aspherical mirrors with a magnification of 0.4. The simulation results show that the imaging quality of the optical system designed in this paper is good and close to the diffraction limit. It can meet the MRTD test requirements of the high-resolution infrared imaging system by adding it to the existing test system.
