石英晶振相关特性的研究及边沿效应的应用

【摘要】:本文首先从晶体振荡器的工作原理入手,对其物理特性、主要参数、常见晶振类型、主要影响因素以及主振电路做了简单的介绍,然后主要针对性地对晶振的老化漂移特性与相位噪声做了详细的分析与研究。对于老化漂移特性,分析了其产生原因及其影响因素,抓住其老化规律建立老化预测数学模型,利用已有的老化数据与预测数据进行比较,验证模型是合理的,最后对老化进行补偿。对于晶振的相位噪声特性,分析了相位噪声的产生机理,通过选取低噪声的元器件,研制出一只具有较高相位噪声指标的晶振。边沿效应是一个新兴理论,通过对其进行合理的应用,可以提高测量装置的精度。对于晶体振荡器,从高分辨率的角度来看,其谐振与振荡不是发生在同一个频率点处,发生在一段连续频率范围内。由于振荡与谐振在该频率范围内的不断波动,在理想状态下的严格谐振频率值两侧会形成一个可能发生振荡的区域,我们则将这段区域称为晶振的模糊区,由于模糊区的边沿具有较高的稳定性,因此可以利用晶振中的边沿效应来提高晶振的Q值。最后,本文对边沿效应做了详细介绍与分析,并对晶体振荡器中的边沿效应及其应用进行了深入研究。采用了一种双晶体振荡电路即用Q值更高的AT切晶体谐振器替换起选频滤波作用的LC谐振滤波器,并通过CPU控制AT切晶振滤波器移动滤波线宽从而不断压缩晶振谱线宽度,限制晶体振荡器振荡在模糊区的边沿处。通过实验证明,利用边沿效应改善后的恒温晶振相位噪声与老化率指标得到明显改善。
[Abstract]:Starting with the working principle of the crystal oscillator, the physical characteristics, the main parameters, the common crystal vibration type, the main influencing factors and the main vibration circuit are briefly introduced in this paper. Then the aging drift characteristics and phase noise of the crystal oscillator are analyzed and studied in detail. The characteristics of the aging drift are analyzed. Cause and influence factors, grasp its aging law to establish the aging prediction mathematical model, compare with the existing aging data and forecast data, verify the model is reasonable, and finally compensate for aging. For phase noise characteristics of the crystal oscillator, the mechanism of phase noise generation is analyzed, and the low noise components are selected. A crystal oscillator with high phase noise is produced. The edge effect is a new theory. By reasonable application of it, the precision of the measuring device can be improved. For a crystal oscillator, from a high resolution angle, the resonance and oscillation are not at the same frequency point and occur in a continuous frequency range. Due to the constant fluctuation of oscillation and resonance in the frequency range, a region of possible oscillation will be formed on both sides of the strict resonant frequency value in the ideal state. We call this region a fuzzy region of crystal oscillator, because the edge of the fuzzy region has a high stability, so the edge effect in the crystal oscillator can be improved. The Q value of the crystal oscillator. Finally, the edge effect is introduced and analyzed in detail, and the edge effect and its application in the crystal oscillator are deeply studied. A double crystal oscillating circuit is used to replace the LC resonant filter with the selective frequency filtering function with the higher AT tangent crystal resonator with Q, and the AT cut crystal vibration filter is controlled by CPU. The wave width reduces the width of the crystal line and limits the oscillation of the crystal oscillator at the edge of the blurred region. The experimental results show that the phase noise and the aging index of the constant temperature crystal oscillator are improved by the edge effect.
