激光光斑能量分布及中心定位的分析与研究

【摘要】:激光器依靠其内部的规律性把原子在轴向由受激辐射发出特定频率的光子不断放大和振荡,使其能量在光谱上强烈地集中起来,并以一定的方向发射出去,形成具有集中性强、亮度高的激光束,使的激光具有很好的方向性和单色性。因此使其在空间坐标的定位与测量的应用中具有独特的优越性。当今,激光技术在国防建设领域、工业和医疗以及生活等多个领域的方方面面都有着广泛的应用。而在用激光进行空间定位时,特别是在空间位移、角位移以及校瞄测试等激光技术应用中,,其最主要的任务是对激光器所发射的激光束到达目标位置时光斑能量中心位置的精确定位。在本文中,我们主要探讨激光光斑能量中心位置的精确定位。在探讨过程中我们主要分析与研究激光光斑能量密度的分布情况,且讨论激光束在不同方向入射时激光光斑能量分布的变化情况。并最后通过实验测试加以辅证。 本文主要对激光光斑能量及中心位置的分布进行了理论分析与实验测试,即在激光束垂直入射时,对激光光斑能量密度的分布情况进行理论分析,并通过光电探测器对光斑能量进行采样测量来获得实验验证;在激光束斜入射时,通过理论分析激光束在二维PSD光电探测器上产生各级衍射环的能量的分布情况,并且对激光光斑的能量中心位置进行计算;通过固定有二维PSD光电探测器的转盘,使激光束以不同的入射角入射到二维PSD光电探测器上。最后通过激光束的入射角度与光斑能量中心位置分布的拟合曲线获得在不同入射角下,能量中心偏移的变化规律及激光的光斑能量中心位置的偏移量。从而为项目研究的方案设计提供实验依据。
[Abstract]:Depending on its internal regularity, the laser constantly amplifies and oscillates the photon with a specific frequency emitted by the excited radiation in the axial direction, so that its energy is intensely concentrated in the spectrum and emitted in a certain direction, forming a strong centralization. High brightness of the laser beam, so that the laser has a good directionality and monochromatic. Therefore, it has unique advantages in the application of spatial coordinate positioning and measurement. Nowadays, laser technology is widely used in many fields, such as national defense construction, industry, medical treatment and daily life. And when using laser to locate in space, especially in the application of laser technology, such as spatial displacement, angular displacement and calibration and aiming test, The most important task is to accurately locate the energy center of the laser spot when the laser beam reaches the target position. In this paper, we mainly discuss the accurate location of the energy center of laser spot. In the process of discussion, we mainly analyze and study the distribution of laser spot energy density, and discuss the change of laser spot energy distribution when laser beam is incident in different directions. And finally through the experimental test to support the evidence. In this paper, the distribution of laser spot energy and its central position is analyzed theoretically and experimentally, that is, the distribution of laser spot energy density is theoretically analyzed when the laser beam is incident vertically. The experimental verification is obtained by sampling and measuring the spot energy by the photodetector, and the energy distribution of all diffraction rings produced by the laser beam on the two-dimensional PSD photodetector is analyzed by theoretical analysis when the laser beam is oblique incident. The position of the energy center of laser spot is calculated, and the laser beam is incident to the two-dimensional PSD photodetector at different incident angles by fixing the rotating disk of two-dimensional PSD photodetector. Finally, by fitting the curve between the incident angle of the laser beam and the distribution of the energy center of the spot, the law of the shift of the energy center at different incident angles and the offset of the energy center of the laser spot are obtained. So as to provide experimental basis for the project research project design.
