基于FPGA的水产养殖环境无线测控模块设计

【摘要】:针对我国水产养殖无线远程信息测控多以成熟单片机为核心控制主件,不易满足行业特殊接口需求以及缺乏独立核心控制器的现状,项目以标准化及芯片自主化为最终目的,提出基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为核心的实现方案,尝试性设计了一种较为通用的、可实现AD转换、数字接口、控制输出和驱动以及养殖现场数据存储和远距离数字通讯的测控模块。通过对水产养殖领域环境信息的无线测控模块各主要环节的研究设计,以模块到系统的FPGA原型功能验证方式,实现了现场模块对水产养殖的温度、溶氧信息的远距离测量和控制。系统测试和板级实验结果表明,该设计可以满足低成本、接口可扩展及标准化核心控制器的水环境测控模块需求。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that most of the wireless remote information measurement and control of aquaculture in China is based on mature single chip microcomputer, it is not easy to meet the special interface requirements of the industry and the status quo of lacking independent core controller. The final purpose of the project is to standardize and make the chip autonomous. A scheme based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) is proposed, and a more universal, AD conversion and digital interface is designed. Control output and drive, as well as data storage and remote digital communication in aquaculture field measurement and control module. Through the research and design of the wireless measurement and control module of the environment information in the aquaculture field, the temperature of the field module to the aquaculture is realized by the FPGA prototype function verification method from the module to the system. Long distance measurement and control of dissolved oxygen information. The results of system test and board level experiment show that the design can meet the requirements of low cost, extensible interface and standardized core controller for water environment measurement and control module.
