汽车与信息技术企业产品创造模式对比——通用汽车和苹果公司案例

【摘要】:本文以产品创造为切入点,对汽车企业如何在新一轮科技革命下以信息技术企业为参考对象进行产品创造模式重构进行了研究。以通用汽车和苹果公司为例,阐释了汽车与IT企业在产业链、产品与企业三个层面固有的不同特点;并从产品创造团队的组织结构、产品决策、产品研发与制造、供应链管理等四个环节对汽车与IT企业进行了对比分析和差异解读;最终,梳理提出了汽车企业在产品创造模式创新方面借鉴IT企业的具体策略与针对性建议,为相关企业提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:Taking product creation as the starting point, this paper studies how to reconstruct the product creation mode of automobile enterprises under the new round of science and technology revolution with information technology enterprises as the reference object. Taking General Motors and Apple as an example, this paper illustrates the inherent characteristics of automobile and IT enterprises in three levels: industrial chain, product and enterprise, and from the organizational structure of product creation team, product decision-making, product research and development and manufacturing. Supply chain management and other four links of automotive and IT enterprises were compared and interpreted the differences; finally, carding out the automotive enterprises in the product creation model innovation aspects of specific strategies and targeted recommendations for IT enterprises, To provide decision-making reference for related enterprises.
