【摘要】:MCM具有高密度集成、多层布线、高频性能优异等优点,是日前实现电子系统小/微型化的重要手段,广泛应用于雷达、通信、电子战、仪器设备等军/民用领域。MCM之所以受到各经济发达国家高度重视并争先恐后千方百计加速发展,主要在于它有一系列优点,既提高了密度,又缩短了芯片的互连间距,可使芯片之间互连度大大缩短,是电磁场与微波技术领域的主流和前沿课题,具有极高的理论研究和工程应用价值。本文采用基于耦合系数矩阵的滤波器设计方法,计算出了所设计滤波器的耦合系数矩阵,然后结合电磁仿真软件HFSS设计了四腔带通滤波器、开路端耦合滤波器、发卡线滤波器、四腔开环滤波器、缺陷地结构滤波器、容性加载滤波器六种MCM滤波器结构,分析了滤波器优化的一般规律。本文所设计的滤波器所用材料为R04350B,所用工艺为MCM-L。MCM滤波器的尺寸有所缩小。四腔带通滤波器通带内达到了S11-10dB,发卡线滤波器通带内达到了S11-15dB,开路端滤波器通带内达到了S11-20dB,四腔开环滤波器通带内达到了S11-15dB。
[Abstract]:MCM has the advantages of high density integration, multilayer cabling, excellent high frequency performance and so on. It is an important means to realize the miniaturization of electronic system before day. It is widely used in radar, communication, electronic warfare, etc. The reason why MCM has been attached great importance to by the developed countries and tried every possible way to accelerate its development is that it has a series of advantages, which not only increase the density, but also shorten the interconnect distance between chips. The interconnect between chips can be shortened greatly. It is the mainstream and frontier subject in the field of electromagnetic field and microwave technology. It has high theoretical research and engineering application value. In this paper, the coupling coefficient matrix of the designed filter is calculated by using the method of coupling coefficient matrix, and then the four-cavity band-pass filter, the open-circuit coupling filter and the card line filter are designed in combination with the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. There are six kinds of MCM filter structures such as four-cavity open-loop filter, defective ground structure filter and capacitive loading filter. The general law of filter optimization is analyzed. The filter designed in this paper is made of R04350B and the size of MCM-L.MCM filter is reduced. S11-10dB in pass band, S11-15dB in pass band, S11-20dBin in open end filter and S11-15dB in passband of four-cavity open-loop filter.
