光纤混沌光实现全同弱反射布拉格光栅传感

【摘要】:布拉格光纤光栅具有灵敏度高、质量轻、体积小,制作简单、抗电磁干扰、易于实现多路复用等优点,使得布拉格光纤光栅传感器在大型复合材料、混凝土的结构检测、航空航天的安全检测、石油天然气储层检测、输电线路的负载、温度等检测中得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了一种基于混沌光纤激光器的准分布式布拉格光纤光栅传感系统,将波长可调谐的混沌光纤激光器作为传感光源,全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅作为传感元件实现光纤传感。利用混沌光源具有delta函数的自相关特性,将混沌源的参考光信号与从全同弱反射布拉格光纤光栅反射的光信号经光电探测器进行光电转换,结合相关法对参考光和反射光进行相关运算,根据相关峰的位置对传感器位置进行精确定位。利用混沌激光的可调谐性实现因应力作用而发生变化的全同弱反射光纤光栅的中心波长的解调,从而实现准分布式的传感网络。 围绕这种传感检测技术,本文主要阐述了如下内容: 1.查阅大量文献,了解国内外现存的准分布式布拉格传感检测系统及光纤光栅传感信息的解调技术,并总结其优缺点。 2.理论分析了光纤光栅的分类、制作方法及传感原理,为实验的顺利进行做好铺垫。 3.实验实现了掺铒光纤混沌激光器工作波长的连续可调谐,,并使之能与布拉格光纤光栅的中心波长相匹配,研究不同波长下混沌激光的输出特性。实验结果表明:产生的波长可调谐的混沌激光可用于光纤光栅的应力传感解调并利用相关法准确得到传感元件的位置。 4.基于准分布式的全同弱反射光纤光栅传感阵列,实验完成对应力的检测和传感定位。结果表明:波长可连续调谐的混沌激光可对布拉格光纤光栅进行传感解调,通过对反射光与信号光的相关曲线确定传感器的位置。 5.对研究结果进行分析总结和展望。
[Abstract]:Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) has the advantages of high sensitivity, light weight, small volume, simple fabrication, anti-electromagnetic interference, easy to realize multiplexing and so on. Aerospace safety detection, oil and gas reservoir detection, transmission line load, temperature detection have been widely used. In this paper, a quasi-distributed fiber Bragg grating sensing system based on chaotic fiber laser is proposed. The wavelength tunable chaotic fiber laser is used as the sensing source. Fiber optic sensing is realized by using fiber Bragg grating as sensing element. The chaotic light source has the autocorrelation property of the delta function. The reference light signal of the chaotic source and the optical signal reflected from the fully weakly reflected fiber Bragg grating are optoelectronic converted by the photodetector. The correlation method is used to calculate the correlation between the reference light and the reflected light, and the position of the sensor is accurately located according to the position of the correlation peak. The tunability of chaotic laser is used to demodulate the center wavelength of the fiber grating with the same weak reflection which changes due to the stress, thus the quasi-distributed sensing network is realized. Around this kind of sensor detection technology, this paper mainly elaborated the following contents: 1. By consulting a large number of literatures, the present quasi-distributed Bragg sensing detection system and the demodulation technology of fiber Bragg grating sensing information are discussed, and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. 2. The classification, fabrication method and sensing principle of fiber grating are analyzed theoretically. 3. The continuously tunable operating wavelength of erbium-doped fiber chaotic laser is experimentally realized, and it can match the central wavelength of Bragg fiber grating. The output characteristics of chaotic laser at different wavelengths are studied. The experimental results show that the generated wavelength tunable chaotic laser can be used to demodulate the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) stress sensor and the position of the sensor element can be accurately obtained by using the correlation method. 4. Based on the quasi-distributed fiber Bragg grating sensor array with the same weak reflection, the stress detection and sensing location are performed experimentally. The results show that the fiber Bragg grating can be demodulated by chaotic laser with continuously tunable wavelength, and the position of the sensor can be determined by the correlation curve between reflected light and signal light. 5. The research results are analyzed and summarized.
