电子SMT仿真实训教学软件的设计与实现

【摘要】:表面贴装技术SMT(Suface Mount Technology)是目前电子生产制造业里的主流技术,也可称为表面组装或表面安装技术。SMT技术的广泛采用直接的改变了PCB(Print Circuit Board,印制电路板)上钻插装孔的过程,这种用贴装或者焊接的方式直接将表面组装元器件组装到印制电路板表面指定位置。本文以成都市技师学院开发建设的SMT仿真教学软件为任务,以仿真软件开发中的回流焊机部分为本论文介绍主体,以在windows操作系统下的面向对象程序语言Visual C++为软件开发平台,并结合Microsoft SQL Sever数据库和OpenGL三维图形接口、unity3D图形动态处理软件而开发出来的。其中以回流焊CAM程式编程软件、回流焊3D动态仿真软件以及回流焊考评和教学培训三大部分作为主要实现描述对象。本文主要介绍的回流焊CAM程式编程软件是以美国Heller回流焊机的程式编辑和参数设置为蓝本。其中包括温度设置模块、系统参数设置模块、安全设置模块、回流焊监控模块以及方便用户上手操作的编程提示系统。该软件的核心是温度设置模块,温度的设置直接关系着产品最终质量好坏。该软件可根据用户预先设定的合金和PCB类型,智能给出参考性的温度曲线,用户可以根据需求进行微量修正。编程提示系统包括鼠标悬停提示、闪烁框提示技术和界面文字提示,便于培训。
[Abstract]:Surface mount technology (SMT(Suface Mount Technology) is the mainstream technology in the electronic manufacturing industry at present, also known as surface assembly or surface installation technology. The widespread adoption of SMT technology has directly changed the process of drilling and inserting holes on PCB(Print Circuit Board. printed circuit board (PCB). The surface assembly components are assembled directly to the printed circuit board surface by mounting or welding. In this paper, the SMT simulation teaching software developed by Chengdu University of Mechanics is taken as the task, and the backflow welder part in the development of simulation software is taken as the main body of this paper. Based on the object-oriented programming language Visual C under the windows operating system, and combining with the Microsoft SQL Sever database and the OpenGL 3D graphic interface, the dynamic processing software of unity3D graphics is developed. Among them, reflow welding CAM programming software, reflow welding 3D dynamic simulation software, reflow welding evaluation and teaching and training as the main object of description. This paper mainly introduces the CAM programming software of reflow welding, which is based on the program editing and parameter setting of American Heller reflow welder. It includes temperature setting module, system parameter setting module, safety setting module, reflow welding monitoring module and programming prompt system which is convenient for users to operate. The core of the software is the temperature setting module, the setting of temperature is directly related to the final quality of the product. According to the pre-set alloy and PCB type, the software can intelligently give the reference temperature curve, and the user can make minor correction according to the demand. Programming prompt system includes mouse hovering prompt, flicker box prompt technology and interface text prompt, which is convenient for training.
