【摘要】:对于典型的数字电路FPGA、微处理器和微控制器等,需要提供精确的时钟信号。振荡电路产生的时钟信号频率受到老化、噪声、温度等因素影响。在导航、雷达、无线电通信和卫星通信等领域,需要产生对温度不敏感的时钟信号。介绍了一种针对RTC应用的温度控制振荡器的补偿电路,通过测温电路和逐次逼近模数转换器SAR ADC检测实时温度,结合EEPROM中对音叉晶体特性的测试结果,调整振荡电路的负载电容大小,可以使振荡器在-40℃~+85℃温度范围内的频率变化仅为5×10~(-6)。
[Abstract]:For typical digital circuits, such as FPGA, microprocessors and microcontrollers, precise clock signals are required. The frequency of clock signal produced by oscillating circuit is affected by aging, noise, temperature and so on.
