光纤光栅传感解调系统研究

【摘要】:传感技术是当今世界高新技术研究热点之一,更是当今科学技术发展的重要标志。传感技术与计算机技术、通信技术组成了信息产业的三大支柱。 随着光纤光栅传感技术的快速发展,光纤光栅传感技术在土木工程、航空航天、医学、电力工业、石化工业等领域上得到了广泛的应用。光纤光栅传感技术不仅具有低插入损耗、窄反射带宽、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗电磁干扰的优点,而且利用多样的复用方式,易于组建大容量分布式传感网络,大容量分布式的传感系统对光纤光栅解调系统的灵敏度和稳定性提出了很高的要求。 本论文依托北京交通大学与南车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司合作项目《光纤光栅传感检测系统》。阐述了光纤光栅传感的基本原理,重点对光纤光栅传感解调系统做了详细的研究,包括五种常用的解调方案的对比研究,光源技术、可调F-P滤波器、标准具等核心部件的研究。在此基础上,提出并设计了基于可调谐F-P滤波器的双通道光纤光栅传感解调方案,分析了方案的解调原理。分别对系统选用的ASE宽带光源、可调谐F-P滤波器以及光电接收电路进行了介绍。最后对基于可调谐F-P滤波器的双通道光纤光栅传感解调系统在铁路机车上进行了对温度的测试,测试选用了自行设计的双端表面贴装式光纤光栅温度传感器,传感器便于安装,工作稳定。测试结果证明了基于可调谐F-P滤波器的双通道解调系统具有较高的灵敏度,其波长灵敏度为1pm,对温度的解调灵敏度达0.1℃,实现了预期目标。
[Abstract]:Sensing technology is one of the research hotspots in the world, and it is also an important symbol of the development of science and technology. Sensing technology, computer technology and communication technology constitute the three pillars of the information industry. With the rapid development of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology, fiber grating sensing technology has been widely used in civil engineering, aerospace, medicine, power industry, petrochemical industry and other fields. Fiber Bragg grating sensing technology not only has the advantages of low insertion loss, narrow reflection bandwidth, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and electromagnetic interference resistance, but also easy to set up a large capacity distributed sensing network by using various multiplexing methods. The sensitivity and stability of fiber grating demodulation system are required by the large capacity distributed sensing system. This paper relies on Beijing Jiaotong University and South China Railway Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. In this paper, the basic principle of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing and demodulation system is introduced, including five common demodulation schemes, light source technology, tunable F-P filter, standard device and so on. On this basis, the demodulation scheme of dual-channel fiber Bragg grating sensor based on tunable F-P filter is proposed and designed, and the demodulation principle of the scheme is analyzed. The ASE broadband light source, tunable F-P filter and photoelectric receiving circuit are introduced respectively. Finally, the temperature of the dual-channel fiber grating sensor demodulation system based on tunable F-P filter is tested on the railway locomotive. The self-designed double-end surface mounted fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor is selected, which is easy to install. The work is stable. The test results show that the dual-channel demodulation system based on tunable F-P filter has high sensitivity, its wavelength sensitivity is 1pmand the temperature demodulation sensitivity is 0.1 鈩,
