激光扫描图像挠度位移测量方法改进

【摘要】:针对传统测量物体挠度/位移方法的准确率低、误差率高,提出了激光扫描图像挠度/位移测量方法。首先对激光光斑图像进行预处理,通过色彩识别和阈值判定去除激光的衍射和散射,采用重心法调整光斑的灰度值,求解出激光束中心,然后根据多条激光束中心线与物体截面不同倾角和曲率值,采用最小二乘法拟合连续光滑的挠度曲线,测量得出更可靠的挠度值,最后试验结果表明,本文方法能够实现对物体挠度/位移更精确的测量。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the low accuracy and high error rate of traditional methods for measuring deflection / displacement of objects, a laser scanning image deflection / displacement measurement method is proposed. Firstly, the laser spot image is preprocessed, the diffraction and scattering of laser are removed by color recognition and threshold, the gray value of spot is adjusted by the method of gravity center, and the center of laser beam is solved. Then according to the different inclination and curvature value between the center line of the laser beam and the section of the object, the continuous smooth deflection curve is fitted by the least square method, and the more reliable deflection value is obtained. Finally, the experimental results show that, The method in this paper can be used to measure the deflection / displacement of an object more accurately.
