高亮度下近红外激光散斑投射的轮廓测量

【摘要】:为实现在高亮度条件下模型外形轮廓的测量,首先在计算机上生成随机矢量化散斑图案,并用激光雕刻技术制成散斑片作为散斑投射模板,采用光波为850 nm的VCSEL激光器作为投射光源并制成激光散斑投射器。在高亮度条件下,通过给相机加装窄带滤光镜实现散斑图像的清晰获取,最后基于数字图像相关法完成图像的立体匹配并最终解算出模型点云。实验表明:该方法在20 400 lx条件下仍然可以实现模型的外形轮廓测量,且标准球测量结果相对偏差为0.038 4%;应用近红外激光散斑投射并给相机加装窄带滤光镜可有效减少干扰光影响,可以在高亮度条件下完成模型轮廓的精准测量。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the contour of the model at high luminance, the random vectorized speckle pattern is generated on the computer, and the speckle slice is made by laser engraving as the speckle projection template. A laser speckle projector is fabricated by using a VCSEL laser with a wavelength of 850 nm as a light source. Under the condition of high brightness, the speckle image can be obtained clearly by adding a narrow band filter to the camera. Finally, the stereo matching of the image is completed based on the digital image correlation method and the model point cloud is finally solved. The experimental results show that the method can still be used to measure the contour of the model under the condition of 20 400 LX. The relative deviation of the standard sphere measurement results is 0.038. Using near-infrared laser speckle projection and adding narrow-band filter to the camera can effectively reduce the influence of interference light and complete the accurate measurement of the model profile under the condition of high brightness.
