大功率变流器同步信号的状态变量滤波器设计

【摘要】:EAST极向场电源是由晶闸管相控整流电路组成的大功率变流器,其同步信号的取用至关重要。为提高控制精度,采用EAST极向场电源系统中整流变压器的次级电压信号作为同步信号。由于该同步信号中包含大量的谐波及噪声,所以需要对其进行滤波。通过分析同步信号的特点,提出了滤波器设计要求,比较不同滤波器特点后,选用状态变量滤波器进行滤波,并对状态变量滤波器的设计进行了详细的理论分析和参数计算。最后通过RT-LAB实时仿真测试和实验证明,该滤波器具有理想的滤波效果,可以实现同步信号的精确提取。
[Abstract]:EAST poloidal field power supply is a high power converter composed of thyristor phase controlled rectifier circuit. In order to improve the control accuracy, the secondary voltage signal of rectifier transformer in EAST poloidal field power supply system is used as synchronization signal. Because the synchronous signal contains a lot of harmonics and noises, it is necessary to filter it. By analyzing the characteristics of synchronous signal, the filter design requirements are put forward. After comparing the characteristics of different filters, the state variable filter is selected to filter, and the design of the state variable filter is analyzed in detail and the parameters are calculated. Finally, through the RT-LAB real-time simulation test and experiment, it is proved that the filter has ideal filtering effect and can realize accurate extraction of synchronous signal.
