一种c波段带状线定向耦合器的研究设计与实际应用

【摘要】:定向耦合器是一种四端口的分布参数的微波网络元件,其具有方向性的耦合特点,可以在对主射频信号影响极小的情形下,实现对主信号的监控测量,因而被大量应用到现代微波通信系统中。通过定向耦合器的应用,可以很方便快捷的得到系统的很多重要参数,从而可以确定系统的工作状态。带状线定向耦合器具有各种定向耦合器比较折中的特点,方向性较好,体积小,方便集成应用,因此带状线定向耦合器具有极高的研究应用价值。定向耦合的方向性是其最主要的技术指标,也是研究重点,对定向耦合器小型化、宽频带的研究也极其重要。在保证带状线定向耦合器方向性的同时,如何设计后续的检波电路、数字电路以及功率检测和驻波比的程序算法也是本论文设计的难点与重点。本文主要研究内容如下:1、所设计的带状线定向耦合器结构尺寸小巧紧凑符合系统要求,在设计的带宽内耦合器对于发射机发功率的功率检测准确,每个工作频点在在20多个dB的范围内功率检测误差在±1dB以内,实现了带状线定向耦合器模块精确功率检测功能。2、带状线定向耦合器在设计的带宽内当发射机系统连接正常时,对天馈线驻波系数的检测准确。当发射机系统天馈线开路的情况下,能检测到驻波比告警,耦合器通过串口发出指令关断发射机电源,从而有效的保护发射机。带状线定向耦合器的应用前景非常广泛,是很多射频微波系统的重要组成部分。随着无线通信事业的发展,会刺激着带状线定向耦合器不断向前发展。材料技术的更新,精密加工技术的发展以及先进的计算机仿真软件的不断进步,将会是带状线定向耦合器发展进步的主要方向。定向耦合器的发展势必会影响到未来射频微波相关产业的发展,会间接改善人们生活方式,为社会做出贡献。
