自动振膜压合机设计与研究

【摘要】:由于我国现在市场上微型扬声器组装基本通过人工流水线作业方式进行,但随着人力成本的不断提高,同时,竞争日益激烈,客户对于产品质量的要求也不断提高,在这种形势下,进行自动化设备的研发制造尤为重要,同时对于提升我国装备制造整体能力有重要意义。 本课题针对的是微型扬声器组装过程中的压合粘接工艺所需的自动化压合设备。对市场现有的手动压合装置的结构、工作原理、工艺等进行了详细分析研究,总结了手动压合装置的不足和可取之处。基于从上到下的设计思想,采用模块化设计方法结合差压控制原理进行了自动化振膜压合机的设计研究;利用ANSYS Workbench分析软件对设备的关键部分——压头部分进行了运动学仿真,得出了压头在接触胶面瞬间的速度、加速度,对于控制系统的设计开发起到了很好的参考作用,大大缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。压头部件是整台自动化设备的关键所在,所以基于理论计算和仿真模拟的数值对压力控制系统的压力输入设置不同的值,对压合部件进行了压合试验,采集了压合完成产品的几何位置误差数据,记录了压合时的压力,,对试验数据及结果进行详细分析研究,找出压力值和压合结果的关系并对压合部件进行改进设计;对改进设计的压合部件也进行了压合试验,结果表明,压头部件进行改进设计后,压合的几何精度有所提高,成品的良品率也提高了。本课题为小压力的实现这一类自动化设备设计问题提供了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since the assembly of micro loudspeakers in the market of our country is basically carried out by manual assembly line, but with the continuous increase of manpower cost and the increasingly fierce competition, customers' requirements for product quality are also increasing. In this situation, it is very important to develop and manufacture automation equipment, and to improve the overall capability of equipment manufacturing in China. This paper aims at the automatic pressing equipment for the bonding process of micro loudspeaker assembly. In this paper, the structure, working principle and technology of manual presser in market are analyzed and studied in detail, and the shortcomings and advantages of manual press device are summarized. Based on the top-down design idea, the modular design method combined with the differential pressure control principle is used to design and research the automatic diaphragm press machine, and the kinematics simulation of the key part of the equipment, the pressure head part, is carried out by using the ANSYS Workbench analysis software. The velocity and acceleration of the pressure head in the contact surface are obtained, which plays a good reference role in the design and development of the control system, greatly shortens the design cycle and improves the design efficiency. The pressure head part is the key of the whole automation equipment, so the pressure input of the pressure control system is set different values based on the theoretical calculation and the simulation value, and the compression test of the pressure control part is carried out. The geometric position error data of the finished product are collected, the pressure during compression is recorded, the test data and the results are analyzed and studied in detail, the relationship between the pressure value and the compression result is found out, and the compression parts are improved in design. The results show that the geometric precision of the pressing part is improved and the rate of the finished product is improved. This paper provides a certain reference value for the realization of small pressure automatic equipment design.
