空间目标红外辐射测量系统标定技术

【摘要】:为实现对空间目标红外辐射进行定量测量,需要解决红外辐射测量系统的标定问题。针对常规标定方法对大口径红外辐射测量系统标定存在的不足,在对其测量原理分析的基础上,提出了一种内置黑体标定与天文恒星标定相结合的新方法。采用内置黑体作为标准辐射源对匹配镜组和探测器进行标定,采用恒星标准辐射源对大口径主光学系统透过率进行标定,并推导出了红外辐射测量系统整体的响应关系。试验验证表明,该方法与传统的全孔径标定方法相比,曲线斜率误差在4%以内,具有操作简单易行、标定系统的研制难度低、标定效率高等优点。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the quantitative measurement of infrared radiation of space target, the calibration problem of infrared radiation measurement system should be solved. In view of the shortcomings of the conventional calibration method in the calibration of large aperture infrared radiation measurement system, a new method combining blackbody calibration with astronomical star calibration is proposed based on the analysis of its measurement principle. The matching mirror set and detector are calibrated by using built-in blackbody as standard radiation source, and the transmittance of large aperture main optical system is calibrated by star standard radiation source, and the overall response relationship of infrared radiation measurement system is deduced. The experimental results show that the curve slope error is less than 4% compared with the traditional full-aperture calibration method, which has the advantages of simple operation, low difficulty in the development of calibration system and high calibration efficiency.
