低相噪高隔离相参频率源研制

【摘要】:介绍了一种低相噪高隔离的相参频率源装置,主要功能为在70mm×80mm×18mm的体积下产生高稳定低相噪接收本振信号和与其相参的激励信号。该装置采用推-推式介质振荡器结合抗振动设计实现了振动状态下高稳定低相噪本振源;采用HFSS仿真高矩形系数的滤波器实现相参激励信号的高本振抑制。实测Ku波段随机振动下相参激励信号相位噪声≤-105dBc/Hz@10kHz,相参激励端口本振信号抑制≥45dB,接收本振端口的相参激励信号泄露≤-90dBm。

The main function of the device is to generate the local oscillator signal with high stability and low phase noise at the volume of 70mm 脳 80mm 脳 18mm and the excitation signal coherent with it. The device uses push-push dielectric oscillator combined with anti-vibration design to realize the local oscillator source with high stability and low phase noise in vibration state, and uses HFSS to simulate the filter with high rectangular coefficient to suppress the high local vibration of coherent excitation signal.
