双视角行李安检设备数据采集电路设计

【摘要】:随着人们安全防范意识的加强,各种安全检查设备被广泛应用,安检技术得到了飞速发展,其中背散射、双视角等新兴技术也在X射线行李安检设备中得到重视和应用。本文主要研究双视角行李安检设备的数据采集电路,包含硬件电路设计以及主控单元FPGA的数字逻辑设计。在介绍了X射线透射成像基本原理的基础上,简单介绍了常用行李安检设备的构成及工作机理,并引出双视角行李安检设备的结构、工作流程、数据采集电路等内容。数据采集电路硬件设计可分为探测板电路设计和采集传输板电路设计。探测板电路设计中,分别介绍了三种探测板设计方案,通过比较其优缺点,并综合考虑各种因素,选择并实现了分立元器件探测板方案。采集传输板设计中,主要功能模块有信号调理、模数转换、数据传输、板载存储等。信号调理电路使用数字电位计实现程控增益,模数转换选用更高精度、更多通道的芯片,数据传输模块以UDP网络传输的方式与计算机通信,并设置板载存储芯片保存工作参数。数字逻辑设计中,详述了探测板阵列模块、数字电位计控制模块、模数转换控制模块、数据传输模块等,并简单介绍了数据组织和数据传输协议。经过测试与分析,所设计的数据采集电路数据通道增益满足设计指标,数据传输速率大于24Mbps且传输稳定,采集的信号质量良好。数据采集电路设计满足双视角行李安检设备需求。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of people's security awareness, a variety of safety inspection equipment has been widely used, security technology has been rapid development, including backscattering, dual-angle and other emerging technologies in X-ray baggage security equipment has been attached importance and application. This paper mainly studies the data acquisition circuit of double view baggage security equipment, including the hardware circuit design and the digital logic design of the main control unit FPGA. Based on the introduction of the basic principle of X-ray transmission imaging, this paper briefly introduces the structure and working mechanism of the commonly used baggage security equipment, and introduces the structure, workflow and data acquisition circuit of the dual-angle baggage security inspection equipment. Data acquisition circuit hardware design can be divided into detection board circuit design and acquisition transmission board circuit design. In the circuit design of the detection board, three kinds of design schemes of the detection board are introduced respectively. By comparing their advantages and disadvantages and considering various factors, the discrete component detection board scheme is selected and realized. In the design of the collection and transmission board, the main function modules are signal conditioning, A / D conversion, data transmission, board load storage and so on. The signal conditioning circuit uses digital potentiometer to realize program-controlled gain, A / D conversion uses the chip with higher precision and more channels, the data transmission module communicates with the computer by UDP network transmission mode, and sets the on-board memory chip to save the working parameters. In the design of digital logic, the module of detector array, the control module of digital potentiometer, the control module of analog-to-digital conversion and the module of data transmission are described in detail, and the data organization and data transmission protocol are briefly introduced. After testing and analysis, the data channel gain of the designed data acquisition circuit meets the design index, the data transmission rate is larger than 24Mbps, the data transmission is stable, and the signal quality is good. The design of data acquisition circuit meets the requirement of double-angle baggage inspection equipment.
