基于腔内泵浦技术的双波长和频482.5nm蓝光连续激光器的研究

【摘要】:蓝光激光具有相对较为广泛的应用前景,但是目前能够实现在激光辐射的蓝光波段十分有限。针对蓝光激光领域的困难与难题,本论文针对此问题提出一种可行的方案:LD泵浦增益介质Nd:YLF辐射出908nm准三能级激光在谐振腔内振荡,并且在振荡的过程中有一部分的腔内激光能量被增益介质Yb:YAG吸收并同时辐射出1030nm四能级激光,双波长激光同时在谐振腔内振荡。这样,就产生了908nm准三能级激光和1030nm四能级激光在各自的谐振腔内同时稳定振荡,在两种波长激光的交叠处放置非线性和频晶体LBO,能够得到稳定的和频激光482.5nm蓝光激光的连续输出。本论文将非线性和频理论应用到双波长激光器的理论模型上,推导出泵浦双波长腔内和频连续蓝光激光器的速率方程,其次介绍了激光晶体--Nd:YLF晶体、Yb:YAG晶体,非线性和频晶体--LBO晶体,光学谐振腔--V型谐振腔,并针对以上光学晶体以及光学谐振腔的优缺点、物理化学特性以及稳定性进行了分析研究,通过数值计算给出了双波长激光和频时相应的相位匹配角以及I类相位匹配允许的走离角曲线等;最后利用MATLAB进行数值仿真,计算了在不同条件下的482.5nm蓝光激光输出特性。本论文的研究结果为腔内泵浦双波长和频482.5nm蓝光连续激光器的下一步研究奠定了良好的理论基础。
[Abstract]:Blue laser has a relatively wide application prospect, but it can be realized in the blue band of laser radiation very limited. In view of the difficulties and difficulties in the field of blue laser, a feasible scheme is proposed in this paper, in which the 908nm quasi-three-level laser oscillates in the resonator by pumping the gain medium Nd:YLF with a gain of 1: LD. A part of the laser energy in the cavity is absorbed by the gain medium Yb:YAG and the 1030nm four-level laser is radiated simultaneously. The two-wavelength laser oscillates simultaneously in the resonator. In this way, the 908nm quasi-three-level laser and the 1030nm four-level laser oscillate at the same time in their respective resonators. The continuous output of a stable sum-frequency laser 482.5nm blue laser can be obtained by placing a nonlinear sum-frequency crystal LBO, at the intersection of two wavelength lasers. In this paper, the nonlinear sum-frequency theory is applied to the theoretical model of dual-wavelength laser, and the rate equation of pumped double-wavelength intracavity sum-frequency CW blue laser is derived. Secondly, the ND: YLF crystal is introduced, and the Yb: YAG crystal is introduced. The nonlinear sum-frequency crystal LBO crystal, the optical resonator -V resonator, and the advantages and disadvantages, physical and chemical properties and stability of the above optical crystals and optical resonators are analyzed and studied. The phase matching angle and the allowable walkaway angle curve of class I phase matching are given by numerical calculation. Finally, the output characteristics of 482.5nm blue laser under different conditions are calculated by numerical simulation with MATLAB. The results of this paper lay a good theoretical foundation for the further study of intracavity pumped dual-wavelength and frequency-coupled 482.5nm blue CW lasers.
