ACLED光源的光电性能研究

【摘要】:主要研究了在不同电压下3.5 W、6 500 K的AC LED光源初态和稳态的光通量、光效等随着电压升高的变化情况。研究表明,随着电压由205 V逐渐升高到235 V,初态和稳态下AC LED光源的电流、光通量、功率均随电压的升高而升高,初态下电流和光通量分别增长79.3%、75.3%,稳态下电流和光通量分别增长80.28%、45.93%。初态和稳态下光效随电压的升高而下降,初态和稳态下光效分别下降18.67%、33.22%。灯点亮后稳态下AC LED光源的最高温度随电压的升高而升高,最高温度升高91.80%。结果表明,电压的变化直接影响ACLED光源的光电性能。
[Abstract]:The changes of initial and steady luminous flux and luminous efficiency of AC LED light source at different voltages of 3.5 W ~ (6 500 K) with the increase of voltage are studied in this paper. The results show that with the voltage increasing from 205V to 235V, the current, luminous flux and power of AC LED light source increase with the increase of voltage. The initial current and luminous flux increased 79.3 and 80.28 and 45.93, respectively, and the steady-state current and luminous flux increased by 80.28 and 45.93, respectively. The light efficiency of initial state and steady state decreased with the increase of voltage, and the light efficiency of initial state and steady state decreased by 18.67 and 33.22, respectively. The maximum temperature of AC LED light increases with the increase of voltage, and the maximum temperature increases 91.80 when the lamp is lit. The results show that the change of voltage directly affects the optoelectronic performance of ACLED light source.
