飞秒激光诱导周期性表面结构及其应用
[Abstract]:In recent years, femtosecond laser microfabrication technology has attracted wide attention of the scientific community. Femtosecond laser pulse has obvious advantages over traditional laser processing because of its ultrashort pulse width and super strong instantaneous power: it can process almost any material, non-contact processing, non-thermal processing, and high precision. It can process sub-micron structure and three-dimensional complex structure, and the process energy consumption is low. In the process of femtosecond laser processing of materials, periodic surface structures will be produced, which will have an obvious impact on the surface properties of materials, and have great application potential in many fields, such as national defense, medical treatment, high-end manufacturing and so on. Therefore, researchers at home and abroad have systematically and experimentally studied the periodic surface structure induced by femtosecond laser. In this paper, the basic characteristics of femtosecond laser and the unique advantages of femtosecond laser microfabrication are briefly described. The theoretical and experimental studies on the periodic surface structure (laser induced periodic surface structure,LIPSS induced by femtosecond laser in recent years are reviewed. The effects of the periodic surface structure on the surface wetting characteristics, optical properties and surface Raman enhancement of the materials are described. Finally, the future research direction of LIPSS is predicted and prospected.
