高显色指数高光效的新型量子点转换LED

【摘要】:研究了胶体固化温度对高性能量子点白光LED的光学性能的影响。首先运用一种新结构的光转换材料量子点-介孔硅微球,将其与荧光粉和硅胶共混形成荧光胶体,点涂到蓝光芯片上形成一种新型的量子点转换LED。相比传统的LED,这种新型LED的光效提升56%,显色指数Ra达96,在20~400 mA电流驱动下Ra维持在92以上。随后分析胶体固化温度对其光学性能的影响,并分析了物理机制。结果表明:在100℃固化时光效和Ra衰减均较严重;60℃固化时光效衰减很小,Ra的衰减约为100℃时的1/2。衰减的原因是固化积累的热量影响了量子点本身的性能,从而影响光功率大小,最终导致光效和Ra的衰减。
[Abstract]:The effect of the curing temperature of colloid on the optical properties of white LED with high performance quantum dots was studied. First, a new structure quantum dot-mesoporous silicon microsphere was used to form fluorescent colloid by blending it with phosphor and silica gel, and a novel quantum dot-converted LED. was formed on the blue chip. Compared with the traditional LED, a new type of LED, the light efficiency is increased 56%, the color rendering index (Ra) is up to 96, and the Ra is kept above 92 under the current drive of 20 ~ 400 mA.
