微波带阻滤波器的设计

【摘要】:微波带阻滤波器广泛应用于无线通信以及测试等系统,其主要作用是在所需要的频段内产生抑制,以达到滤除掺杂在有用信号中的干扰信号的目的。随着无线通信技术的发展,对带阻滤波器的性能要求越来越高,于是体积更小、矩形系数更好、损耗更低的微波带阻滤波器成为了研究的重点之一。本论文主要研究了微波带阻滤波器的基本设计原理、结构以及其实现,结合圆柱形介质谐振器,引入交叉耦合的概念,以腔体带阻滤波器作为研究对象,设计了三个带阻滤波器,其主传输线都是同轴结构。主要内容如下:1.介绍了一般窄带带阻滤波器的设计原理,给出了设计公式,根据设计公式设计了一个应用于手机杂散测试系统的窄带带阻滤波器,其阶数为五阶,中心频率为1.95GHz,阻带频段为1.9475GHz~1.9525GHz,阻带抑制达到30dB,谐振单元为金属杆。2.介绍了圆柱形介质谐振器的基本理论,使用MATLAB软件编程求解所需要的谐振器的尺寸,结合带阻滤波器的设计方法,结合HFSS软件设计了一个五阶介质带阻滤波器,中心频率为5GHz,阻带频段为4.96GHz~5.04GHz,阻带抑制为35dB。3.介绍了交叉耦合滤波器的原理以及耦合矩阵的提取方法,使用MATLAB软件编程得到耦合矩阵,结合HFSS软件设计了一个四阶介质带通滤波器,中心频率为4.99GHz,3dB带宽为60MHz,回波损耗大于20dB,传输零点分别为4.9GHz和5.1GHz。在带通滤波器的基础上得到带阻滤波器的耦合矩阵,并使用MATLAB软件编程来求取,结合HFSS软件设计了一个四阶介质带阻滤波器,中心频率为4.965GHz,阻带频段为4.93GHz~5.00GHz,阻带抑制大于等于15dB,反射零点频率为4.83GHz和5.1GHz。
[Abstract]:Microwave band-stop filters are widely used in wireless communication and testing systems. The main function of microwave bandstop filters is to suppress the interference signals in the required frequency band, so as to filter the interference signals doped in useful signals. With the development of wireless communication technology, the performance of band-stop filter is becoming more and more high, so the microwave band-stop filter with smaller size, better rectangular coefficient and lower loss has become one of the emphases of the research. In this paper, the basic design principle, structure and realization of microwave band-stop filter are studied. Combined with cylindrical dielectric resonator, the concept of cross-coupling is introduced, and the band-stop filter of cavity is taken as the research object. Three bandstop filters are designed and their main transmission lines are coaxial. The main contents are as follows: 1. The design principle of general narrow band stop filter is introduced, and the design formula is given. According to the design formula, a narrow band stop filter applied to mobile phone stray testing system is designed. Its order is five, and the center frequency is 1.95 GHz. The stopband band is 1.9475GHz ~ (-1) 9525GHz, the stopband suppression is 30 dB, and the resonant element is a metal rod. 2. The basic theory of cylindrical dielectric resonator is introduced in this paper. The size of the resonator is solved by using MATLAB software. Combined with the design method of band-stop filter and HFSS software, a five-order dielectric band-stop filter is designed with a center frequency of 5 GHz. The stopband band is 4.96 GHz ~ 5.04 GHz, and the stopband suppression is 35 dB.3. The principle of cross coupling filter and the method of extracting coupling matrix are introduced. The coupling matrix is obtained by using MATLAB software. A fourth order dielectric band-pass filter is designed with HFSS software. The center frequency is 4.99 GHz ~ (3 dB) and the bandwidth is 60 MHz. The echo loss is greater than 20 dB and the transmission zeros are 4.9GHz and 5.1 GHz, respectively. Based on the bandpass filter, the coupling matrix of the band-stop filter is obtained, and a fourth-order dielectric band-stop filter is designed by using MATLAB software. The center frequency is 4.965 GHz, and the stopband band is 4.93 GHz ~ 5.00 GHz. The stopband suppression is greater than 15 dB and the reflection zero frequency is 4.83GHz and 5.1 GHz.
