多晶硅的高重频皮秒脉冲激光损伤研究

【摘要】:文章进行了高重频皮秒激光辐照多晶硅的损伤实验研究,分析了多晶硅材料激光辐照区域的损伤形貌,探究了多晶硅的多脉冲损伤损伤机制。实验结果表明:多晶硅的损伤形貌主要分为热熔区、热影响区及激光无作用区三个区域。多晶硅的多脉冲损伤机制主要是热积累和微缺陷积累。
[Abstract]:The damage experiment of polysilicon irradiated by high-frequency picosecond laser is carried out. The damage morphology of polysilicon in laser-irradiated region is analyzed and the mechanism of multi-pulse damage of polysilicon is discussed. The experimental results show that the damage morphology of polysilicon is mainly divided into three regions: hot-melt zone, heat-affected zone and laser-free zone. The multi-pulse damage mechanism of polysilicon is mainly thermal accumulation and micro-defect accumulation.
