从含锗氧化锌烟尘中提取锌锗

【摘要】:以氧化锌烟尘为原料、硫酸为浸出剂,研究了含锗氧化锌烟尘的浸出过程。最佳工艺条件为:烟尘用量50g、硫酸用量20mL、反应温度80℃、反应时间2h、液固比4妣1,在该条件下,锌、锗的浸出率分别为89.12%和89.75%。将浸出液的pH调至2.5,在沉淀温度60℃,搅拌时间30min的条件下,采用浸出液中锗量40倍的单宁酸进行沉锗,锗的沉淀率达97.2%,得到含锗0.809%的单宁渣,该沉淀渣在600℃灼烧1h后得到品位为14.55%的锗精矿。沉锗后液可返回锌生产。
